Özet
Çalışmanın amacı pediatrik romatolojik hastalığı olan bireylerde üst ekstremitedeki fonksiyonel iyileşmenin taban basınç davranışı, yürüme ve denge üzerine etkilerini araştırmaktır. Çalışmaya pediatrik romatoloji tanılı 18 gönüllü katılımcı ve benzer yaş grubunda 15 gönüllü sağlıklı dahil edildi. Katılımcıların üst ekstremite fonksiyonları Shriners Hastanesi Üst Ekstremite Değerlendirmesi, Jebsen- Taylor El Fonksiyon Testi ve Abilhand-Romatoid Artrit El Fonksiyonu Anketi ile değerlendirildi. Denge değerlendirmesi için Biodex Balance cihazı kullanılarak bilateral karşılaştırma, postural salınım ve düşme riski testleri uygulanırken, taban basınç davranışı ve yürümenin uzay-zamansal parametrelerinin değerlendirilmesi Sensor Medica taban basınç analizi sistemi ile yapıldı. Katılımcıların fonksiyonel yürüme değerlendirmesi için 10 Metre Yürüme Testi, genel sağlık değerlendirmesi için ise Çocukluk Çağı Sağlık Değerlendirme Ölçeği kullanıldı. Pediatrik romatoloji tanılı hasta grubunun başlangıç değerlendirmeleri sağlıklı grupla karşılaştırılırken, tedavi sonrası yapılan ikinci değerlendirmeler ise tedavi öncesi sonuçlarıyla karşılaştırıldı. The aim of the study is to reveal the effects of functional improvement in the upper extremity on foot pressure behavior, gait and balance in individuals with pediatric rheumatologic diseases. Eighteen volunteer participants with a pediatric rheumatological diagnosis and 15 healthy volunteers were included in the study. Upper extremity functions of the participants were evaluated with the Shriners Hospital Upper Extremity Evaluation, the Jebsen Taylor Hand Function Test, and the Abilhand- Rheumatoid Arthritis Hand Fuction Questionnaire. Bilateral comparison, postural sway, and fall risk tests were performed using the Biodex Balance device for balance evaluation, while the evaluation of foot pressure behavior and spatio-temporal parameters of gait was made with the Sensor Medica foot pressure analysis system. The 10-meter walk test was used for the functional walking assessment of the participants, and the Childhood Health Assessment Questionnaire was used for the general health assessment. While the initial evaluations of the pediatric rheumatology group were compared with the healthy group, the second evaluations made after the treatment were compared with the pre-treatment results.
