Özet
Araştırma, KABG ameliyatından önce hastalara YBÜ tanıtan video destekli eğitimin YBÜ'deki çevresel stresörleri algılamaya olan etkisini değerlendirmek amacıyla yürütüldü. Araştırmanın evrenini Balıkesir Üniversitesi Sağlık Uygulama ve Araştırma Hastanesi Kalp Damar Cerrahisi'ne bağlı YBÜ'nde 01.09.2019-01.03.2020 tarihleri arasındaKABG cerrahisi geçirmesi planlanan hastalar oluşturdu. Randomize kontrollü olarak planlanan çalışmanın örneklemini 60 hasta oluşturdu (kontrol grubu=30/ müdahale grubu=30). Araştırma veriler Hasta Tanıtım Formu ve YBÜ Çevresel Stresörler Ölçeği kullanılarak toplandı. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde SPSS 23.0 kullanıldı. Anlamlılık düzeyi p0.05). YBÜ Çevresel Stresörler Ölçeği'ne göre en etkili stresörün kontrol grubunda“ağız ve burunda tüplerin bulunması”iken müdahale grubunda“ağrı çekmek”idi. YBÜ Çevresel Stresörler Ölçeği alt boyutlarından“Psikolojik Distres”her iki grupta en yüksek puan ortalamasına sahipti. Sonuç olarak, müdahale grubundaki hastalara verilen planlı eğitimin YBÜ'deki çevresel stresörlerden etkilenmeyi azalttığı görüldü.

The research was conducted to evaluate the effect of video-assisted education introduced to the ICU to patients before CABG surgery, on their perception of environmental stressors in the ICU. The population of the study consisted of patients who were planned to undergo CABG surgery between 01.09.2019 and 01.03.2020 in the ICU of the Balıkesir Medical Hospital, Cardiovascular Surgery ICU. The sample of the randomized controlled study consisted of 60 patients (control group=30/intervention group=30). In the collection of research data, patient identification form and ICU Environmental Stressors Scale were used. SPSS 23.0 was used to evaluate the data. Significance level was accepted as p0.05). According to the ICU Environmental Stressors Scale, the most effective stressor was“having tubes in the mouth and nose”in the control group, while“having pain”was priority in the intervention group.“Psychological Distress”sub dimensions' scale had the highest mean score among both groups. As a result, it was observed that the planned education given to the patients in the intervention group reduced the exposure to environmental stressors in the ICU.
