Özet
Spinoza felsefesi baştan aşağıya bir ebedilik felsefesi olarak okunabilir. Spinozacı tözün mutlak ebediliğinin ve sıfatların kendi türünde ebediliklerinin yanı sıra belli düzeyde kiplerin de sonsuzlukla tanımlanmış olması sistemin katmanlı bir ebedilikle (sonsuzlukla) damgalanmasına neden olur. Sistemin ontolojik kuruluşunun kaçınılmaz sonucu olan bu katmanlılık Spinoza düşüncesinin anlaşılmasını da aynı oranda karmaşıklaştırmıştır. Bu karmaşıklık, sonlu-belirli-tekil bir varlık olan insanın da (insan zihninin de) sonsuz olduğu iddiasıyla en üst noktasına ulaşır. Belirsiz bir süreye tabi olan inşa varoluşu bu en üst noktada bir taraftan ebedilikle ilişkilenir diğer taraftan da zamansal ilişkilerle çerçevelenir. Sözü edilen en üst nokta Ethica'nın V. Bölümünün 23. Önermesidir. Bu çalışma Spinoza literatüründe bir hayli tartışılan insan zihninin bedenden bağımsız ebediliğini ileri süren Ethica'nın V. Bölümünün 23. Önermesini merkeze alarak Spinoza felsefesinde ebedilik (sonsuzluk) ve zamansallık (süresellik) ilişkisine odaklanmaktadır. Söz konusu önermeye ebedilik-zamansallık gerilimi üzerinden yoğunlaşarak hem insan zihninin bedenden bağımsız ebediliğini anlamak için yeni bir çözüm teklif etmeye hem de Spinoza düşüncesini baştan sona kat'eden ebedilik kavrayışının katmanlılığını göstermeye imkân sağlamaktadır. Öte yandan V,23'e dair yorumumuzu gerekçelendirmek ve geliştirmek için Spinoza literatüründe yine yoğun tartışmalar yaratan sonsuz kipler ve öz-varoluş ilişkisine yoğunlaşılmaktadır. Böylece hem sonsuz kipler tartışmasıyla ebediliğin katmanlı yapısı gösterilmekte hem de öz-varoluş ilişkisinin irdelenmesiyle ebedilik-zamansallık gerilimi canlı tutulmaktadır. Spinozacı sistemin ontolojik boyutu ebedilik (ebediliğin katmanlılığı ve ebedilik-zamansallık gerilimi) üzerinden incelenirken, çalışmanın sonunda, buna uygun olacak biçimde, sistemin epistemolojik yönü de hayalgücü yetisi ve entelektüel görü yetisi üzerinden ele alınır. Özellikle hayalgücü yetisinin yorumlanmasında sadece hatanın veya yanılgının epistemolojik alanı olarak değil de aynı zamanda kurucu bir yöne sahip olduğunu iddia ederek ebedilik-zamansallık gerilimi devam ettirilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, bu çalışma V,23'te ifade edilen düşünce üzerinden Spinozacı sistemin temel gerilim hatlarına odaklanmakta ve bu gerilimi belli bir düzeyde muhafaza ederek, söz konusu önermeyi yeniden yorumlamaktadır.

Spinoza's philosophy can be read as a philosophy of eternity from top to bottom. Besides the absolute eternity of the Spinozist substance and the eternity of the attributes in their own kind, the infinity of modes at a certain level, causes the system to be stigmatized with a layered eternity (infinity). This layering, as an inevitable result of the ontological construction of the system, has also complicated the understanding of Spinoza's thought at the same rate. This complexity reaches its climax with the claim that human, as a finite-certain-singular being, is also infinite (as a human mind and essence of body). Human existence, which is subject to an indefinite duration, is related to eternity on the one hand and is framed by temporal relations on the other hand at this climax. The climax mentioned is Ethica V, 23. This study focuses on the relationship between eternity (infinity) and temporality in Spinoza's philosophy by centering the Ethics V prop 23, which argues for the independence of human minds eternity from the body, which is widely discussed in the Spinoza literature. Concentrating on the aforementioned proposition over the tension of eternity-temporality, provides the opportunity both to propose a new solution for understanding the eternity of the human mind independent from the body and to show the stratification of the eternity concept that traverses Spinoza's thought from beginning to end. On the other hand, in order to justify and improve our interpretation of V,23, we focus on the infinite modes and essence-existence relationship, which again creates intense debates in the Spinoza literature. Thus, both the layered structure of eternity is shown with the discussion of infinite modes, and the tension of eternity-temporality is kept alive by examining the essence-existence relationship. While the ontological dimension of the Spinozist system is examined through eternity (stratification of eternity and tension of eternity-temporality), at the end of the study, accordingly, the epistemological aspect of the system is handled through the faculty of imagination and intellectual vision. Particularly, the eternity-temporality tension has been maintained by claiming that the imagination is not only an epistemological field of error but also has a constitutive aspect in its interpretation. As a result, this study focuses on the fundamental tension lines of the Spinozist system through the idea expressed in V,23 and reinterprets the aforementioned proposition by maintaining this tension at a certain level.
