Özet
Amaç: Uyarılmış potansiyeller dışarıdan uygulanan uyaran sonucunda, sinir sisteminden kaynaklı oluşan elektriksel cevapları gösterir. İşitsel uyarımlarda da işitsel sistemin yanıtlarından değerlendirmeler elde edilerek işitsel nöronal sistem tanılanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada odyoloji de ileri tanı testlerinden, vestibüler sistem rahatsızlıklarında kullanılan, (cVemp) testinde, İşitsel Uyarılmış Potansiyellerde kullanılan uyaran tiplerinden Level Spesifik Chırp 500 Hz frekans uyaranı ile ToneBurst 500 Hz frekans uyaranı kullanılarak, Latans, Amplitüd, Dalga Morfolojisi ve Eşik Seviyesi açısından verimliliği değerlendirilecektir. Yöntem: Çalışmada işitmesi normal bireylerden 40 Kişi ile 80 kulak incelemeye alındı. Bireyler, hava-kemik yolu işitme eşiği normal olan, metabolik hastalığı olmayan kişilerden seçildi. Ayrıca çalışmaya katılan kişilere, Saf Ses Odyometrik Test, Timpanometrik test ve Stapes Refleks Testi, Otoakustik Emisyon Testi ile ön değerlendirmeleri yapılarak hazırlandı. Çalışmada cVemp testi Neuro-Soft marka Neuro-Audio model cihaz ile kişi oturur pozisyonda kasılmış Sternokleidomastoid kasından yanıtlar kaydedilerek tamamlandı. cVemp testi eşik tarama yöntemi ile uygulandı, bu sebeple belirli aralıklarla katılımcı dinlendirildi. Test süresi klinik uygulama süresinden uzun zamanda tamamlandı. Bulgular ve Sonuç: İstatistiksel olarak iki uyaran tipinin birbirine göre latans, amplitüd ve eşik değerleri açısından anlamlı sonuçlar elde edildi. Katılımcıların yaş ve cinsiyet açısından test sonuçlarında anlamlı farklar oluşmadı. cVemp testi eşik tarama yöntemi ile yapılması ayrıca bir standardizasyon verileri elde etmemizi sağladı. Aim: Evoked potentials represent electrical responses the nervous system as a result of externall yapplied stimulus. Auditory neuronal system is diagnosed by obtaining evaluations from the responses of the in auditory stimuli. One of the advanced diagnostic tests in audiology, used in vestibular system disorders, in (cVemp) test, using Level-Specific Chirp 500 Hz frequency stimulus and Tone-Burst 500 Hz frequency stimulus, which is one of the stimulus type sused in auditory evoked potentials, are Latency, Amplitude, Morphology of the respons Wave and Efficiency in terms of Thre shold level will be evaluated. Methods: 80 ears from 40 individuals with normal hearing were included. Individuals were selected with normal hearing and air-bone conduction threshold, with out any metabolic disease. In addition, it was made preliminary evaluations of the participants with Pure Tone Audiometric, Tympanometric, Stapes-Reflex, Otoacoustic Emission Tests. The cVemp test was completed by recording the responses from the contracted“sternocleidomastoid”muscle in the sitting position with the Neuro-Soft Brand Neuro-Audio Model device. The cVemp Test was applied with the threshold scanning method, so the participant was rested regularly. Individual time use the clinical test was completed in a time that exceeded the implementation time. Results and Conclusion: The responses obtained were statistically significant in terms of latency, amplitude and threshold values of the two stimulus types relative to each other. There were no significant differences results of the participants in terms of a geandgender.
