Özet
Bu çalışmada; Jeotermal suyun santrifüj tipi pompa verimi üzerindeki etkiyi incelemek amaçlı, sorunun kaynağı ve çözümü için testler yapılmıştır. Bingöl ili kös kaplıcalarında termal suların hem pompaj sorunu hem de kullanılan malzemelerde oluşan korozyon incelenerek, termal su transferi için uygun pompa malzeme tipi ve bu tür akışkanların transferinde kullanılacak malzeme seçiminde dikkat edilecek hususlar belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Öncelikle tesiste suyun kullanım alanı, kullanım yöntemi ve kullanılan pompa tipleri incelenerek çalışmaya başlanmıştır. Söz konusu çalışmanın doğruluğunun ve elde edilecek verilerin faydalı olması için termal suyun kimyasal analiz verileri alınarak test esnasında inhibitör kullanılmamıştır. Suyun yüksek oranda kükürt buna bağlı olarak havayla temasından ortaya çıkan gazlar içerdiği için transferde kullanılan malzemelere zarar verdiği belirlenmiştir. Test ünitesi için pompa odasına 1 asıl+1 yedek olmak üzere saatte 7,5m3 su basabilen santrifüj tipi paslanmaz çelik çarklı pompa üzerinde çalışmaya karar verilmiştir. Ekipman olarak termometre, debimetre, manometre, takometre ve elektrik tüketimini belirlemek için elektrik sayacı kullanılmıştır. Kaptajdan alınan termal su; pompa aracılığıyla yerden ısıtma amaçlı kullanılan plakalı tip eşanjörden geçirilerek tekrar kaynağa aktarılmıştır. Test düzeneği üzerinde yer alan manometre, termometre, debimetre, takometre ve elektrik sayacı aracılığıyla 10 günlük periyotlar halinde veriler alınmıştır. Alınan veriler gerekli formüller kullanılarak tablolar haline getirilmiş ve grafiksel olarak dökümü alınmıştır. 120 gün sonunda test ünitesinde yer alan imalatlar sökülerek incelemeye alınmıştır. Deney sonunda test ünitesinde kullanılan santrifüj pompa debisinin zamanla azaldığı, buna bağlı olarak pompa verimin düştüğü, kullanılan galvanizli ve dikişli siyah borularda aşınma ve tortu oluşum evresinde olduğu, pompa salyangoz ve çarkında aşınmaların başladığı gözlemlenmiştir.

In this study; In order to examine the effect of geothermal wateron the efficiency of centrifugal type pumps, tests were carried out for the source and solution of the problem. By examining both the pumping problem of thermal waters and the corrosion of the materials used in the Kös spas of Bingöl province, the type of pump material suitable for thermal water transfer and the points to be considered in the selection of materials to be used in the transfer of such fluids were tried to be determined. First of all, the usage area of the water in the facility, the usage method and the pump types used were examined. In order to ensure the accuracy of the study and the data to be obtained, the chemical analysis data of the thermal water was taken and no inhibitor was used during the test. It has been determined that since the water contains a high percentage of sulfur and, accordingly, gases arising from its contact with the air, it damages the materials used in the transfer. For the test unit, it has been decided to work on a centrifugal type stainless steel impeller pump that can deliver 7.5m3 of water per hour, with 1 main+1 spare, into the pump room. As equipment, thermometer, flow meter, manometer, tachometer and electricity meter were used to determine electricity consumption. Thermal water taken from the catchment; transferred back to the source by passing through the plate type heat exchanger used for floor heating by means of a pump. Data were obtained in 10-day periods by means of the manometer, thermometer, flowmeter, tachometer and electricity meter on the test setup. The received data were tabulated using the necessary formulas and were graphically plotted. At the end of 120 days, the productions in the test unit were disassembled and examined. At the end of the experiment, it was observed that the ones used in the centrifugal pump flow rate used in the test unit and accordingly grown in the pump, the galvanized and welded black pipes used were in the use and sediment phase, and the abrasives in the pump snail and impeller were durable.
