Özet
Hicr sûresi, Kur'ân'da yer alan 114 sûreden biridir. Bu sûre Mekkî sûrelerin genel özelliği olan tevhid akidesini yerleştirmeye çalışır. Bu nedenle sûrede Allah'ın varlığı ve birliği, nübüvvet, ahiret, peygamber kıssaları, insan ve cinlerin yaratılış konuları ele alınmıştır. Çalışmada, sûrede yer alan bu ana konular, konulu tefsir yöntemini kullanarak incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışma,“Giriş”,“Sûre Hakkında Genel Bilgiler”ve“Hicr Sûresinin Konulu Tefsiri”başlıklı üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde tezin amacı, yöntemi ve kaynaklarından bahsedilmektedir. Daha sonra konulu tefsirin tanımı, amacı ve önemi, sûre çerçeveli konulu tefsir yöntemi ve kısımları hakkındaki bilgilere yer verilmektedir. Birinci bölümde, sûrenin ana konularını oluşturan tevhid, nübüvvet, ahiret, haşr, neşr ve ukûbat gibi konulara, sûrenin sebeb-i nüzûlüne, faziletine, kendinden önceki ve sonraki sûreyle olan ilişkisine dair bilgilere yer verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde ise Kur'ân'ın apaçık bir kitap olduğu vurgulanarak, Kur'ân'ın Allah'ın koruması altında olduğu ve hiçbir zaman tahrife uğramayacağını bildiren âyetlere yer verilmiştir. Ayrıca Allah'ın varlığının ve birliğinin delillerinden olan burçlar, yeryüzünün yayılarak üzerine sabit dağların yerleştirilmesi, rüzgarların esmesi, yağmurların yağması, insan ve cinlerin yaratılışı hususundaki âyetlere yer verilmiştir. Sûrede Hz. Muhammed (s.a.v.)'i alaya alan inkarcıların dünyada kendi hallerine bırakılması, alay eden kimselerin ahirette bu tutumlarından pişman olacakları haber verilmiştir. Hz. Âdem, Hz. İbrahim, Hz. Lût, Hz. Salih ve Hz. Şuayb peygamberlerin hayatlarından kesitler vererek, Hz. Muhammed (s.a.v.)'i ve tüm müslümanları teselli etmeyi amaçlayan sûre, dünyaya değer verilmemesini ve ölene kadar Allah'a tesbih, hamd ve secde yapılmasını emreden âyetlerle sona ermiştir.

Surah Hicr is one of the 114 surahs in the Qur'an. This surah tries to establish the creed of tawhid, which is the general characteristic of the Meccan surahs. For this reason, the existence and unity of Allah, prophecy, the hereafter, the stories of the prophets, the creation of humans and jinns are discussed in the surah. In the study, these subjects in the surah were tried to be examined by using the thematic exegesis method on the surah. The study consists of three chapters titled“Introduction”,“General Information About Surah”and“Theme of the Hicr Surah”. In the introduction part, the aim, method and sources of the thesis are mentioned. Then, the definition, purpose and importance of thematic tafsir, the method of tafsir with the surah frame and its parts are given. In the first chapter, information about the main subjects of the surah such as tawhid, prophecy, the hereafter, ba's and uqubat, the reason for the surah, its virtue, and its relation with the surah before and after it are given. In the second part, by emphasizing that the Qur'an is a clear book, the verses stating that the Qur'an is under the protection of Allah and that it will never be distorted are included. In addition, the verses about the spreading of the earth with the horoscope, which is one of the proofs of the existence and unity of Allah, the placement of stable mountains on it, the blowing of the winds, the falling of rain, the creation of humans and jinn are included. In the Surah Hz. It has been reported that the deniers who mocked Muhammad would be left to their own devices in this world and that they would regret their attitude in the hereafter. Hz. Adam, Hz. Abraham, Hz. Lut, Hz. Saleh and Hz. By giving sections from the lives of the prophets Shuayb, Hz. The surah, which aims to console Muhammad and all Muslims, ends with verses that command not to value the world and to glorify, praise and prostrate to Allah until death.
