Özet

Amaç: Araştırma non stres test sırasında dinletilen müziğin fetal kalp hızı örneklerine ve reaktif trase sonuçlarına etkisini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Gereç ve yöntem: Araştırma, İstanbul'da özel bir hastanede 04.01.2021-31.08.2021 tarihlerinde non-stres test için gelen ve çalışmaya dahil edilme kriterlerini karşılayan 286 gebe ile yürütülmüştür. Gebeler randomizasyon yöntemi ile gruplara (143 müzik, 143 kontrol) ayrılmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri“Risk Değerlendirme Formu”,“Kişisel Bilgi Formu”ve Durumluk Kaygı Ölçeği" kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Müzik grubundaki gebelere tercih ettikleri iki müzik makamından (Acemşiran veya Rehavi) biri MP3 çalarla ve kulaklık yoluyla non-stres test süresince dinletilmiştir. Kontrol grubuna yalnızca rutin bakım verilmiştir. Bulgular: Çalışmada gruplar sosyo-demografik, obstetrik ve mevcut gebelik özellikleri açısından benzerlik göstermiştir (p>0,05). Non-stres test sırasında anne tarafından algılanan fetal hareket sayısı, fetal kalp hızı variabilitesi, akselerasyonu ve Durumluk Kaygı Ölçeği son test sonuçları açısından gruplar arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark saptanmıştır (p

Objective: This study aimed to determine the affect of the music listened during non-stress test on the fetal heart rate samples and reactive trace results. Materials and Methods: The research is carried out with 286 pregnant women who came for non-stress test and comply with the criteria a private hospital in İstanbul between the dates 04.01.2021-31.08.2021. The pregnant women are grouped with randomization (143 music, 143 control). The data of the research is collected by using ''Risk Evaluation Form'', ''Personal Information Form'' and ''State Anxiety Scale''. The pregnant women in the music group listened to music they prefer (Acemşiran-Rehavi) with a MP3 player and headphones throughout the non-stress test. The control group was given the routine care. Results: A similarity was observed between the groups in terms of socio-demographic characteristics, obstetrics and existing pregnancy features (p>0,05).
