Özet (Çeviri)

The ISIL has largely established its economic power within the oil-rich North Syria and extending up to Mosul region in Iraq. Subsequent state government of Syria and other countries failed to imagine the potential of the community that would later occupy the region, in claiming legitimacy. The ISIL took the advantage of the already unstable state government of the region to establish an alternative government that has gained considerable power within the region. 'Terror invites terror' is the central reason that has led to failure of Syria in becoming a nation. Even before the advent of ISIS, Syria was under constant terror due to its historical processes and the presence of Kurdish within the region. The sovereignty of the state of Syria was put into question severally before and after Syria gained independence in 1946 from the French.
