Özet

Bu çalışmanın amacı alt ekstremite ortezi kullanan bireylerde Ortez/Protez Kullanıcıları Anketi Cihaz Memnuniyeti ve Servis Memnuniyeti bölümlerinin Türkçe versiyonunun geçerlik ve güvenilirliğinin araştırılmasıdır. Ölçek, OPKA-M olarak isimlendirilmiş ve 67 kişiye uygulanabilmiştir. Anketin geliştiricisi ile görüşülerek 12 yaşın üzerinde olan kişilerin anketi bağımsız olarak yapabileceği konusunda fikir birliğine varılmıştır ve 12 yaşının üzerinde olan 48 alt ekstremite ortezi kullanıcısı ile istatiksel değerlendirmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. OPKA-M ölçeğinin güvenilirlik analizi test-tekrar test yöntemiyle, iç tutarlılığı Cronbach alfa analizi ile, ölçeğin yapı geçerliği genel memnuniyeti değerlendiren VAS ile korelasyonuna bakılarak, ek olarak AFA ve DFA hesaplanarak belirlenmiştir. Anketin test-tekrar test güvenilirliği mükemmel bulundu (ICC=0,995, %95GA:0,986-0,998). OPKA-M cihaz ve servis memnuniyeti ölçeklerinin cronbach alfa analizi sonucunda değerler yüksek, iç tutarlılığa uyumlu ve yakın bulundu (cihaz cronbachα=0,845, servis cronbachα=0,925). The aim of this study is to investigate the validity and reliability of the Turkish version of the Device and Service Satisfaction module of the Orthosis/Prosthesis Users Survey in individuals using lower extremity orthosis. The scale was named OPKA-M and could be applied to 67 people. By interviewing the developer of the survey, it was agreed that people over the age of 12 could do the survey independently, and statistical evaluations were carried out with 48 lower extremity orthosis users over the age of 12. The reliability analysis of the OPKA-M scale was determined by the test-retest method, the internal consistency was determined by Cronbach's alpha analysis, the construct validity of the scale was determined by looking at its correlation with the VAS, which evaluates general satisfaction, and additionally by calculating EFA and CFA. The test-retest reliability of the questionnaire was found to be excellent (ICC=0.995, 95%CI:0.986-0.998). As a result of the cronbach alpha analysis of the OPKA-M device and service satisfaction scales, the values were found to be high, consistent with and close to internal consistency(device cronbachα=0.845, service cronbachα=0.925).
