Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı devlet okullarında görev yapan beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin okul ortamında iş doyumlarına yönelik algı durumlarının çeşitli değişkenler açısından incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın örneklemini Rize ilinde 2020-2021 eğitim-öğretim yılında görev yapan tesadüfi yöntemle seçilmiş gönüllü 104 beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada, betimsel tarama metotlarından birisi olan“Genel Tarama Modeli”kullanılmıştır. İlgili verilerin elde edilmesi için“Minnesota İş Doyumu Ölçeği”kullanılmıştır. Normal dağılıma sahip verilerde ikili karşılaştırmalar için betimsel analizlerin yanında -bağımsız örneklemler için- t-testi, 3 ve üzeri grup karşılaştırmalarda ise tek yönlü Anova testi uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda, örneklemdeki öğretmenlerin ölçek sorularına verdikleri cevaplardan hareketle Minnesota iş doyumu ölçeğinin tüm alt boyutlarında, orta üstü düzeylerde iş doyumlarının olduğu görülmüştür. Diğer gruplarda yer alan öğretmenlere göre daha fazla ve orta üstü düzeyde iş doyumlarının olduğu gruplar şu şekilde belirlenmiştir: Cinsiyet değişkeninde erkekler, medeni durum değişkeninde evliler, çalışılan okul türünde ortaöğretim, spor salonu olma durumunda spor salonuna sahipler, 23-25 yaş aralığındakilerin, 1 ila 3 yıl aralığında görev süresi olanlar, çalışılan okulda iyi fiziki şartlara sahipler, köy okullarında görev yapanlar ve çalışılan okulda çalışma olanakları iyi olan öğretmenler. Araştırmaya katılan BES öğretmenlerinin medeni durum, okul türü, görev yapılan yer değişkenine göre Minnesota İş Doyumu Ölçeği'nin içsel ve dışsal doyum alt boyutlarında istatistiki açıdan anlamlı bir farklılık göstermediği saptanmıştır. Okulun çalışma olanakları, yaş, okulun spor salonunun varlığı değişkenine göre Minnesota İş Doyumu Ölçeği'nin içsel ve dışsal doyum alt boyutlarında istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı bir farklılık gösterdiği saptanmıştır. Fiziki şartlar değişkenine göre Minnesota İş Doyumu Ölçeği'nin içsel doyum alt boyutunda istatistiki açıdan anlamlı, dışsal doyum alt boyutunda ise istatistiki açıdan anlamlı bir farklılık göstermediği saptanmıştır. Cinsiyet ve meslekteki görev süresi değişkenine göre Minnesota İş Doyumu Ölçeği'nin içsel doyum alt boyutunda istatistiki açıdan anlamsız, dışsal doyum alt boyutunda ise istatistiki açıdan anlamlı bir farklılık gösterdiği saptanmıştır.

The aim of this study is to examine the perceptions of physical education and sports teachers working in public schools regarding their job satisfaction in the school environment in terms of various variables. The sample of the study consists of 104 randomly selected physical education and sports teachers working in the province of Rize in the 2020-2021 academic year. In the research,“General Survey Model”, which is one of the descriptive survey methods, was used.“Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale”was used to obtain the relevant data. In addition to descriptive analyzes for pairwise comparisons of normally distributed data, t-test was used for independent samples, and one-way Anova test was used for group comparisons of 3 or more. As a result of the research, based on the answers given by the teachers in the sample to the scale questions, it was observed that job satisfaction was at upper-moderate levels in all sub-dimensions of the Minnesota job satisfaction scale. The groups with a higher and higher level of job satisfaction than the teachers in the other groups were determined as follows: Men in the gender variable, married in the marital status variable, have secondary education in the type of school they work in, have a gym in case of having a gym, those in the 23-25 age group have 1 to 3 Those who have a tenure between years, have good physical conditions at the school where they work, those who work in village schools have good working opportunities at the school where they work. It was determined that there was no statistically significant difference in the internal and external satisfaction sub-dimensions of the Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale according to the marital status, school type, and place of employment of the PES teachers who participated in the research. It was determined that there was a statistically significant difference in the internal and external satisfaction sub-dimensions of the Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale according to the school's working opportunities, age, and the presence of the school's gym. According to the physical conditions variable, it was determined that there was no statistically significant difference in the internal satisfaction sub-dimension of the Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale, and no statistically significant difference in the external satisfaction sub-dimension. It was determined that there was a statistically insignificant difference in the intrinsic satisfaction sub-dimension of the Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale and a statistically significant difference in the extrinsic satisfaction sub-dimension according to the gender and tenure in the profession variable.
