Özet

Odzysk odpadów elektronicznych, który gwałtownie wzrósł w ostatnich latach, jest bardzo ważny ze względu na metale szlachetne. Zastosowany sposób recyklingu powinien być najbardziej odpowiednim rozwiązaniem pod względem technicznym, środowiskowym, a także ekonomicznym i społecznym. W badaniach przeprowadzonych w niniejszej pracy z płytek drukowanych (PCB) odzyskano Cu(II) i Ag(I), które stanowią 3-5% odpadów elektronicznych. Jako roztwory ługujące zastosowano mieszaninę H2SO4 i H2O2 oraz wodę dejonizowaną w różnych stosunkach, próbowano określić, który ługowany roztwór jest najbardziej skuteczny pod kątem odzysku Cu(II) i Ag(I). Oprócz tego zbadano wpływ prędkości mieszania na ługowanie Cu(II) i Ag(I). W rezultacie zaobserwowano, że H2O2 jest bardziej skuteczny niż H2SO4 jeśli chodzi o odzysk Cu(II) i Ag(I). Użycie mieszadła do ługowania metalu okazało się znacznie korzystniejsze niż jego niestosowanie, a wraz ze wzrostem prędkości obrotowej odzyskano więcej Cu(II). Najwyższą wydajność wyługowania uzyskano dla Cu (II) i Ag (I), odpowiednio 77.33 i 37.71%.

The recovery of electronic wastes, which has increased rapidly in recent years, is very important due to precious metals. The recovery system which is to be applied should be the most appropriate solution in the technical, environmental and also economic and social aspects as well. In this study, copper Cu(II) and silver Ag(I) metals were recovered from printed circuit boards (PCBs), which constitute 3-5% of electronic waste. By testing these two acids H2SO4 and H2O2 and with deionized water with different combinations, it has been tried to determine which leached solution is the best for the Cu(II) and Ag(I) recovery. Dilution was made with HNO3 to obtain better results after metal leaching. Apart from that, the effect of revolutions per minute (RPM) on metal leaching has been investigated. As a result, the suitable leaching conditions for metal recovery and effectiveness of these parameters were evaluated. As a result, it has been observed that H2O2 is more effective than H2SO4 on Cu(II) and Ag(I) recovery. Using stirrer for metal leaching proved to be much more advantageous than not using, and as the rpm rate increased, more Cu(II) was recovered. At the end of this study, the highest leaching efficiency was obtained for 77.33% Cu(II) and 37.71% Ag(I).
