Nowadays is one the common problems in childhood is Hyperactive. The mental health and behavioral therapy specialists use a broad spectrum of interventions and therapy methods concerning the children with problems. In this regard, among treatment methods proposed by the behavioral therapists, sand play therapy has been considered as one of the newest and effective methods. The aim of this research is to investigate the effect of sand therapy on reduction of symptoms hyperactivity and comorbid disorders among the elementary school male students. The research is intervention conducted in the form of pre-test and post-test with control group, using available screen sampling method among all elementary school male students with symptoms of attention deficithyperactivity and 30 students were chosen. Then they were divided into experiment group with 15 students and control group with 15 students as random replacement. The author made therapeutic sand therapy package was administered among 15 students of experiment group. After therapeutic sand therapy process again both groups were tested using post-test CSI4 questionnaire. The results were analyzed for investigating the effectiveness of therapeutic sand therapy process on the attention deficit- hyperactivity symptoms regarding the research hypotheses and analysis of variance was carried out. According to the results of analysis of covariance in each hypothesis it can be said that therapeutic sand therapy process in elementary schools students with attention deficithyperactivity caused to improvement of symptoms of attention deficit, aggressiveness, attention deficit- hyperactivity, defiant disorder and conduct disorder.
