Özet
Postmodernizm, toplumsal birçok yapıya etkileri olan bir olgudur. Postmodernizmin sanat alanında başlayan yolculuğu modernizmin egemen olduğu birçok görüşe karşı çıkarak devam etmektedir. Bunun yanı sıra tanımlanması ve varlığına ilişkin birçok araştırmanın konusu olmuştur. Sanat ve sanat eğitimine olan yansımaları düşünüldüğünde postmodernizmin tarihsel sürecinin ve sanat eğitiminde görülen yansımalarının ortaya konulması önem taşımaktadır. Bu araştırma lise kademesinde görev yapan görsel sanatlar öğretmenleriyle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Öğretmenlerin postmodernizme ve postmodern sanat örneklerine ders içeriklerinde nasıl yer verdikleri ve bu gibi aktivitelerin sonunda öğrencilerin derse karşı ilgilerinde ne gibi değişiklikler olduğunun tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda katılımcı öğretmenlerin postmodernizme dair genel görüşleri, postmodernizmi ve postmodern sanat örneklerini öğretim sürecinde nasıl kullandıkları ve bu aktivitelerin öğrenci davranışları üzerindeki yansımaları belirlenmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2020-2021 eğitim-öğretim yılının bahar döneminde Yalova'da bulunan biri merkez üçü ilçe okullarda (Çiftlikköy, Altınova) görev yapmakta olan dört katılımcı görsel sanatlar öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yaklaşımlarından Durum Çalışması kullanılmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak temel veri kaynağı olan yarı-yapılandırılmış görüşme ve doküman incelemesi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verilerinin analizinde tematik analiz yöntemi kullanılmış; Öğretmenlerin genel görüşleri, Öğretim süreci ve Öğrencilere yansıma temalarına ulaşılmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına göre katılımcı öğretmenler postmodernizmin tanımı, düşünsel yapısı ve bireylere sanat üretimlerinde sağladığı katkılara yönelik görüşlerini belirtmişlerdir. Öğretim sürecinde farklı yollarla postmodern sanatı ve düşünsel yapısını öğrencilere aktaran katılımcı öğretmenler uzaktan eğitim döneminde sanal müze uygulamalarından çok kez faydalandıklarını belirtmişlerdir. Postmodernizmi ve postmodern sanat örneklerini tanıyan öğrencilerin; farklı malzemelere yöneldikleri, farkındalıklarının oluştuğu ve postmodern sanat eserlerine yönelik olumlu-olumsuz eleştirel bakış açılarını yansıttıkları görülmektedir. Bu araştırmanın güncel sanatı ve eğitimi takip etmek durumunda kalan öğretmenlere ve öğretmen adaylarına bu alanda çalışan araştırmacılara katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.

Postmodernism is a phenomenon that has effects on many social structures. Postmodernism continues its journey that started in the field of art by opposing many views dominated by modernism and, in addition, it has been the subject of many studies based on its definition and existence. When considering its reflections on art and art education, it is important to reveal the historical process of postmodernism and its reflection on art education. This research was carried out with visual arts teachers working at high school level. Its aim was to determine how the teachers include postmodernism and postmodern art examples in the course content in line with the visual arts curriculum gains, and what kind of changes occur in the students' interest in the course at the end of such activities. For this purpose, the general views of the participating teachers about postmodernism, how they use postmodernism and postmodern art examples in the teaching process, and the reflections of these activities on student behaviors were determined.The study group of this research consists of four participant visual arts teachers working in Yalova central and district schools (Çiftlikköy, Altınova) in the Spring term of the 2020-2021 academic year. Case studies, one of the qualitative research approaches, were used in the research. Semi-structured interviews and document analysis, which are the main data sources, were used as data collection tools. Thematic analysis method was used in the analysis of the research data; The themes of General opinions of teachers, Teaching process and Reflection on students were reached.According to the research findings, the participating teachers expressed their views on the definition of postmodernism, its intellectual structure and its contributions to individuals in their art production. Participating teachers, who conveyed the postmodern art and intellectual structure to the students in different ways in the teaching process, stated that they benefited from virtual museum applications many times during the distance education period. For the students who recognize postmodernism and examples of postmodern art; it was observed that they turned to different materials, their awareness was formed and they reflected their positive-negative critical perspectives towars postmodern works of art. It is thought that this research will contribute to teachers and teacher candidates who follow contemporary art and education, and to researchers working in this field.
