Özet
ÖZET Tezimin başlangıç kısmında, iş ahlakı kavramı üzerinde durdum. Daha sonra konu üzerinde çeşitli yaklaşımlar ele alındı (Teleolojik ve Deontolojik yaklaşım). Bu açıklamalardan sonra iş ahlakının önemi, kamu yönetim ahlakı, rüşvet kavramı ve kamu yönetiminde yolsuzlukların temel nedenleri açıklanmıştır. II. Bölümde; iş ahlakı ve sosyal sorumluluk kavramı ele alınmış olup, sosyal sorumluluk filerinin doğuşu, çalışanların sorumluluk duygusu, çocuk iş gücü sorunu (bu konu ile mesleki eğitimin önemine değinilmiş, ancak konunun istismarlara açık olduğu anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır.) ve tüketici koruma kavramına ait konular ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca bu bölümde sosyal sorumluluk adına büyük katkılar sağlayan Vaksa örneği incelenmiştir. Yine bu bölümde kalite kavramı ele alınmış olup, ülkemizin ilk Avrupa kalite ödüllü firması Brisa incelenmiştir. III. Bölümde; işletmelerin iş ahlakı ve sosyal sorumluluğu ile sıkı ilişkisi olan çevre konusunda bazı kısa açıklayıcı bilgiler aktarılmış olup, çevre konusunda başardı iki yerel yönetimin çalışmaları hakkında bilgi aktarılmıştır. Çalışmamızın son bölümünde ise; Çanakkale Bölgesindeki işletmelerde iş ahlakı ve sosyal sorumluluğun önemine ait küçük bir anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Grafikler yardımı ile değerlendirilen çalışmamızın bu kısmı bize ümitlerin henüz tükenmediği sonucunu vermiş olması açısından sevindirici bulunmuştur.

SUMMURY The title of the postgraduate thesis that I have prepared is briefly“accupational ethics and social responsibility”T m very glad to have been studied on a subject like this. Because, during my study I have realized that there were not so much reference abaut this subject By this way, there would have been a brick of mine in the foundation of the building which would be created. The reason that there's not so much written argument on this subject is the strong dependency of the Turkish popiktion on concepts concerning morals and a well developed social edifice. Now and then, some facts necesitates these concepts to be engaged with certian principles, it should be bear in mind that; in big cities the establishments may exhibit some deviations from the point of wiew of occupational ethics, where as in rural are as the occupational ethics, are more esteemed due to more strict moral concepts. In the first part of my thesis; I have discussed the concept of occupational ethics, importance of occupational ethics and principles of them. The community was not merely set up by private establishments, besides; there were olso the public establishments, which have been in the service of society. Because of these public establishments I have discussed“bribe and malversations”encountered in relation to public services. In the second part of my thesis; I have emphasized the concept of social responsibility. In relation to mis concept I have touched upon the concept of consumer protection, concept of quality and emerging circles of quality control. In the third part; I have discussed the problems encountered in protecting the environment which are confronted by the establishments and olso have discussed the reguirernents to prevent these problems to occur. In addition, I havesampled two municipality which were successful in conservation of environment; one from Japon an other from USA. In the last part; I have prepared several graphics and evaluations to determine the approach of the establishments in Çanakkale to accupational ethics and social responsibility. J
