Özet
The main theme of this project is to build a housing estate as an extension of the mainland into the sea. The present project can be enlarged and expanded. The city of Istanbul on the Bosphorus with its rapidly growing population was chosen as the place of the design. The inspiration for this project are petals, which result in three different variants of a new form of settlement. What the individual variants have in common is that the project is built on the sea, the roofs are accessible as an extended outdoor space and landscaped and all units have a yard. On the one hand it is possible to enjoy the unique view from the roof on the city of Istanbul and on the other hand to equip the roof area with raised beds to plant and harvest organic products. The project achieves a high standard of living through the consideration of social life and communication

Das Hauptthema dieses Projektes ist es, eine Wohnsiedlung als Erweiterrung des Festlandes ins Meer zu bauen. Das vorliegende Projekt ist vergrösserbar und erweiterbar. Als Ort der Entwurfs wurde die Stadt Istanbul am Bosphorus mit ihrer rasant wachsenden Bevölkerung gewählt. Die Inspiration für dieses Projekt sind Blütenblätter, welche in drei verschieden Varianteneine neue Form der Siedlung ergeben. Wasdie einzelnen Varianten gemeinsam haben ist, dass das Projekt auf dem Meer erbautwird, die Dächer als erweiterter Aussenraum begehbar und begrünt sind und alle Einheiten einen Hof besitzen.Es ist einerseits möglich die einzigartige Aussicht von dem Dach auf die Stadt Istanbul zu geniessen und andererseits den Dachbereich mit Hochbeetenauszustatten um Bioprodukte zu pflanzen und zu ernten.Das Projekt erziehltdurch die Berüchsichtigung des sozialen Lebens und der Kommunikation einen hohen Lebensstandart.
