This study aims to investigate the relationship between religiosity, anxiety and depression in convicts who are under probation. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between religiosity and anxiety and depression. 375 peoplebenefittingfrom the probation systemand deemed who are suitable for this study selected from Ankara Probation offices (Ankara Batı, Ankara Sincan). This was a quantitative study and it drew on the following basic research question: Is there any relationship between religiosity and anxiety and, depression in convicts who are under probation? This study included a review of the literature and made use of two different inventories and personal information forms: demographical characteristics as well as the Religiosity Scale and Beck Depression Scale and Beck Anxiety Scale. The results have been discussed, and suggestions were included.According to the results, there is a significant relationship between anxiety and depression severity. This relationship is less pronounced in probationers who exhibit higher levels of religiosity. This hypothesis was proven and the results were consistent with the literature
