Özet
Çalışmamızda 7-8 yaş grubu çocuklarda ve ebeveynlerde beslenme davranışlarının beden kütle indeksi değerleri ile korelasyonu belirlemek yanında, çocukların beslenme davranışları ve beden kütle indeksi değerleri ile ebeveyn beslenme davranışı ve beden kütle indeksi değerleri ilişkisini belirleyerek ebeveyn etkilerini ortaya koyabilmek ve sağlıklı beslenme davranışları ve sağlıklı vücut ağırlığı konularında çocuklarda, ebeveynlerde ve eğiticilerde farkındalık yaratabilmek amaçlanmıştır.

In our study, in order to determine the correlation between body mass index values and feeding behaviors of the children in the 7-8 age group and in the parents, the relationship between the nutritional behaviors and body mass index values and parental nutrition behavior and body mass index values were determined. The aim of this course is to raise awareness in children, parents and educators about weight issues. In the present study, the research population consisted of students attending two primary schools, one private and one state in the center of Adıyaman province. The sample of the study consisted of 80 parents who were enrolled in the 1st and 2nd grades of the primary schools determined as close to each grade and volunteered voluntarily in the study and consisted of 160 parents who were taken as their parents. The research was conducted on a total of 240 individuals. Research data were collected between December 2018 and February 2019. 55% of the students in the study were in normal weight, those who were overweight were 20%, and those who were obese were 18.8%. 27.9% of female students are overweight and obese and 38.8% of male students. When BMI values of mothers are taken into consideration according to BMI value classification, the distribution of fathers according to BMI values is examined; No significant relationship was found between maternal BMI and father BMI values. According to the results of one-way analysis of variance, while the sub-dimensions of child nutrition behaviors sub-dimensions differed significantly according to the number of people in the family (p <0.05), other sub-dimensions did not differ significantly (p> 0.05). In the family of 7+ people, the level of toughness is significantly lower than the other groups. When the relationship between the mother, father DEBQ and child eating behavior were examined by correlation analysis; With DEBQ (mother), the child's food iv enthusiast subscale was found to have a significant positive relationship with 22.8%, emotional over-eating and 43.5%.Emotional eating (mother) with the child's food enthusiast sub-dimension of 28.6%, emotional over-eating and has a positive significant relationship with 50.1%. When the relationship between maternal BMI and child BMI is examined; The rate of children who are weak in mothers who have normal weight is 2.8%, the rate of those who are normal is 47.2%, those who are overweight are 30.6% and those who are obese are 19.4%. When the relationship between BMI and child BMI is examined; the proportion of the children who have a weak child is 6,5%, the rate of those who are normal is 61,3%, the percentage of those who are overweight is 9,7% and the rate of those who are obese is 22,6%.
