Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, pandemi nedeniyle uzaktan eğitimin başladığı 23 Mart 2020 tarihinden bu yana uzaktan eğitim sürecinde EBA canlı ders üzerinden yapılan dersler arasında olan beden eğitimi ve spor dersine Bitlis ili bazında 2020-2021 eğitim öğretim döneminde okulların canlı ders programlarında ne kadar yer verdiği, diğer derslere oranla durum tespitinin yapılması ve çıkan sonuçlar doğrultusunda beden eğitimi ve spor derslerinin önemine vurgu yapılarak bu konuda farkındalık oluşturmak istenmiştir. Araştırmanın evrenini kolayda örnekleme yöntemi ile Millî Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı Bitlis ili Merkez ilçesinde yer alan 17 ortaöğretim kurumu oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklem grubu ise tesadüfi olarak belirlenmiş 8 ortaöğretim kurumundan oluşmaktadır. Bu araştırmada veriler T.C. Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı bünyesinde bulunan“www.eba.gov.tr”adlı internet sitesinde yer alan EBA öğrenci bazlı raporlar kısmından alınan verilerden elde edilmiştir. İlgili dokümanların resimleri çekilerek veya ekran görüntüleri alınarak bilgisayara aktarılmış ve gerekli analiz çalışmaları yürütülmüştür. Bu araştırmada durum tespitinin yapılması amacıyla nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden biri olan doküman analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda beden eğitimi ve spor dersinden atanan canlı ders sayılarının yetersiz olduğu, okullar ve sınıflar bazında EBA canlı derse katılım şube ortalamalarının genel olarak çok düşük düzeyde olduğu görülmektedir. Beden eğitimi ve spor derslerinin okul bazında en çok atanan dersler arasında yer almadığı ve uzaktan eğitim sürecinde beden eğitimi ve spor derslerine verilen payın düşük düzeyde ve yetersiz olduğu sonuçları görülmektedir.

The aim of this research is to determine how much physical education and sports lessons have been given over the EBA online lesson in the distance education process since March 23, 2020, when distance education started due to the pandemic, in the online lesson programs of the schools in the 2020-2021 academic year, on the basis of Bitlis province. It was aimed to create awareness on this subject by emphasizing the importance of physical education and sports lessons in line with the results and making a situation assessment compared to the other lessons. The focus of the research with the use of convenience sampling method consists of 17 secondary education institutions, affiliated to the Ministry of National Education, located in the central district of Bitlis province. The sample group of the study consists of 8 secondary education institutions that were determined randomly. The data in this research were obtained from the EBA student-based reports section of the website called“www.eba.gov.tr”within the Ministry of National Education of the Republic of Turkey. Pictures of the relevant documents and screenshots were taken and transferred to the computer and necessary analysis studies were carried out. In this study, document analysis, which is one of the qualitative research methods, was used to determine the situation. As a result of the research, it is seen that the number of online lessons assigned to physical education and sports classes is insufficient, and the average of EBA online class participation on the basis of schools and classes is generally at a very low level. It is seen that physical education and sports lessons are not among the most assigned courses on the school basis and the share given to physical education and sports lessons in the distance education process is low and insufficient.
