Dr. Necati TETİK Kıraatlerin ortaya çıkışı Hz. Peygamber döneminde başlamış semâ ve arz yoluyla sistemli bir şekilde gelişerek günümüze kadar ulaşmıştır. Kur'an 'ın lafız ve mâna bütünlüğünü hedef alan bu ilim, Kur' an ilimleri arasında önemli bir yere sahiptir.“Kıraat Açısından Fahruddin Razı ve Tefsiri”adlı çalışmamıza zemin hazırlamak amacıyla, tezimizin giriş kısmında, Kıraat İlminin Ortaya Çıkış Nedenlerini, Tarihî Gelişimini ve Yayılmasını, ayrıca Kıraat Çeşitlerini ve alimlerin Kıraat Tasniflerini kısaca ele alıp incelemeye çalıştık. Bu tezimizle Kıraat İlminin Tefsir-i Kebir' de nasıl ele alındığını, Razî'nin kıraatleri değerlendirme metodlarıyla, bu sahaya getirdiği yenilikleri, çeşitli başlıklar altında işlemeğe gayret ettik. Birinci bölümde Razî'nin Kıraatleri Değerlendirme Metodlarını, ikinci bölümde Sahih Kıraatlere Bakışını ve bunları Vahiyy Boyutlarıyla Değerlendirmesini, ayrıca Farklı Telâffuzları İmamlara Nisbetle Göstermesi ve Bunların Tahlilini Yapmasını. Üçüncü bölümde, Şazz Kıraatlere Bakışı ve Sûrelere Göre Bu Kıraatleri Yorumlamasını yazmaya çalıştık.vm Netice Olarak bu çalışmamızda Fahruddin Razî gibi, bir müfessir gözüyle, kıraatlerin nasıl ele alınıp değerlendirildiğini, eserde genişçe yer alan bu kıraatlerle, tefsire ne kazandırılmak istendiğini, bu nedenle telâffuzda olduğu gibi, ayetlerin açıklanmasında, Kur' an ilimlerinden olan kıraatlerin de önemli bir yer işgal ettiğini tesbit etmiş bulunuyoruz.

Dr. Necati TETİK The science of Qiraat (the methods of reciting Quran acoording to some rules or rhytmic patterns) appeared for the first time during the time of Prophet Mohammed and have developed systematically by way of sema or arz up the present time. The science of qiraat which aims at integrating the letter and spirit of Quran has an important place among other branches of Quranic studies. In the Introduction of this study titled“Fahruddin Razi and his Commentary of the Quran from the Point of View of Qiraat”, I attempted to investigate the factors affecting the emergence of the science of qiraat, it's historical development, and different rules and methods employed in the art of recitation of Quran. I am also concerned with the matters as to how the science of Qiraat was handled in Tafsir-i Kebir, how the author evaluated different methods of qiraat, and with the innovations brought about by him in this field.X In Chapter One, I deal with the methods which Razi employed when he compared and contrasted different ways of recitation. Chapter two covers his approach to correct and valid methods of recitation and the evaluation of these methods under the light of the spirit of Vahiy (God's revelation to the Prophet). This chapter also includes information on how he pointed out the different ways of pronunciation by referring to Imams. In Chapter Three, I tried to present the methods he handled in evaluating, the particular method of recitation called Şazz and his commentaries referring to the suras of the Quran. In the final chapter I came to the conclusion that Fahruddin Razi dealt with several methods of qiraat of Quran and thus contributed much to the commentaries of Quran by giving emphasis on these methods. We could say that the science of qiraat, still has an important place in elucidating and interpreting of Quranic verses.
