Özet

Dünyada son yüzyılda yaşanan sosyal, ekonomik, dinsel, kültürel ve politik sebeplerden ötürü toplumların demografik yapıları etkilenmekte ve bu değişen demografik yapı Mülteci olgusunu da beraberinde getirmektedir. İnsanlar doğup büyüdükleri ülkelerinden başka ülkenin topraklarına istem dışı göç etmekte olup, oradaki topraklarda yerleşme durumunda kalabilmektedirler. Türkiye 1980'li yıllardan beri göç sorunları ile tanışmış ve 2011 yılı itibari ile göç ve mülteci sorunları hız kazanmıştır. Bu bağlamda bu araştırma, eğitim camiasında yaşanılan sorunları tespit etmek amacıyla mülteci öğrencilerin bulunduğu okullarda görev yapan müdür veya müdür yardımcısı, öğretmenler ve mülteci veliler ile yaşadıkları deneyimleri ortaya çıkarmayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu çalışma, kişilerin belirli bir olguyu nasıl deneyimlediklerini daha ayrıntılı bir şekilde ortaya sunmak amacıyla; nitel araştırma desenlerinden Olgubilim (fenomenoloji) ile desenlenmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu ise, İstanbul il sınırları içerisinde bulunan okullarda en az 10 mülteci öğrencinin eğitim görüyor olması ve mülteci öğrencilerin devam ettiği okulda en az bir yıldır görev yapmış 10 öğretmen, 10 okul yöneticisi; en az bir sene eğitim ve öğretim gören 8 mülteci öğrenci velileri ile oluşturulmuştur.

Due to the social, economic, religious, cultural, and political reasons experienced in the world in the last century, the demographic structures of societies are affected and this changing demographic structure brings the refugee phenomenon. People involuntarily immigrate to the lands of another country from the country where they were born and raised, and they may settle in the lands there. Turkey has been acquainted with immigration problems since the 1980s and as of 2011, immigration and refugee problems have accelerated. In this context, this research aims to reveal the experiences they have had with the principal or vice principal, teachers and refugee parents working in schools with refugee students to identify the problems experienced in the education community. This study aims to present in more detail how people experience a certain phenomenon; It was designed with Phenomenology, one of the qualitative research designs. The study group of the research is that at least 10 refugee students are studying in schools located within the borders of Istanbul, and 10 teachers and 10 school administrators who have worked at the school where refugee students attend for at least one year; It was formed with the parents of 8 refugee students who had at least one year of education and training.
