Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı spor yönetimi kademelerinde ve spor eğitimi veren yükseköğretim kurumlarında görevli personellerin rekreasyona yönelik algı, mevcut durum ve politikalarına yönelik görüşlerini incelemek ve katılımcılar aracılığıyla öneriler ortaya koymaktır. Bu araştırma nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden fenomonoloji yaklaşımı kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma gönüllülük esasına göre bireylerin rahat hissedecekleri ortamda ve pandemi koşulları sebebiyle online ortamda gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada örnekleme yöntemi olarak bireylerin mevcut sistemdeki deneyimleri göz önüne alınmış,“amaçlı örnekleme yöntemi”ile“veri doygunluğuna ulaşma yöntemi”benimsenmiştir. Bu amaçla veri toplama sürecinde araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan ve 1 yorumlamacı 2 alan uzmanı öğretim üyesi tarafından düzenlenip onaylanan“yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu”ndan yararlanılmıştır. Görüşmeler 03.03.2021-05.12.2021 tarihleri arasında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Kayıt cihazları ile kayıt altına alınan verilerin analizinde Maxqda Analytics 20 programından yararlanılmıştır. Görüşmelerden elde edilen verilerin analizi sonucunda 21 kod ve alt kod ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu kodlar“Rekresyon Algısı”,“Kurumların Amacı”,“Rekreasyon Alanının Mevcut Durumu”,“Rekreasyon Politikaları”ve Türkiye'de Rekreasyonun Geleceği" olmak üzere toplam 5 tema altında toplandığı saptanmıştır. Rekreasyon alanının bugünü ve geleceğinin nasıl desteklenebileceği, sistem içerisindeki aktörlerin alana yönelik algıları, mevcut sistemi değerlendirmeleri, politikaları değerlendirmeleri sonucunda ortaya çıkan bu 5 boyut alan araştırmacıları, yönetim erkleri ve politika yapıcılar tarafından incelendiğinde, alana katkı yapacak mevcut temalar perspektifinde spesifik sonuçlar bulabilecekleri söylenebilir.

The aim of this study is to examine the perceptions, current situation and policies of the personnel working in sports management levels and higher education institutions providing sports education, and to present suggestions through the participants. This research was carried out using the phenomenology approach, one of the qualitative research methods. The study was carried out on a voluntary basis in an environment where individuals would feel comfortable and online due to pandemic conditions. In the research, the experiences of the individuals in the current system were taken into consideration as the sampling method, and the“purposive sampling method”and“data saturation method”were adopted. For this purpose,“semi-structured interview form”prepared by the researcher and prepared and approved by 1 interpreter and 2 field experts during the data collection process was used. The interviews were held between 03.03.2021 and 05.12.2021. Maxqda Analytics 20 program was used in the analysis of the data recorded with the recording devices. As a result of the analysis of the data obtained from the interviews, 21 codes and sub-codes emerged. It has been determined that these codes are grouped under 5 themes in total:“Perception of Recreation”,“Purpose of Institutions”,“Current Situation of Recreation Area”,“Recreation Policies”and“The Future of Recreation in Turkey”. It can be said that when these 5 dimensions, which emerge as a result of how the present and future of the recreation area can be supported, the perceptions of the actors in the system, the evaluations of the current system and the policies, are examined by field researchers, management powers and policy makers, they can find specific results that will contribute to the field.
