Özet
Kur'ân tilâvetinin semâ, müşâfehe, vurgu ve ahenk gibi unsurlarına dayanan fonetik ve müzikolojik yapısını konu edinen bu çalışmada; Kur'ân diline ait olan ses-lerin telâffuz ve ahenk keyfiyetlerinin kritikleri yapılmıştır. Yapılan kritiklerde klasik ve modern kaynakların gösterdiği ufukla genel bir çerçeve çizilmiş ve ses materyalleri aracılığıyla bir yandan fonetikal telâffuz problemleri gündeme getirilmiş diğer yandan da müzikal durum tespiti yapılmıştır. Bu yaklaşımla; Kur'ân tilâvetinin öteden beri incelenen fonetikal ve müzikal yapısını tasvir, betimleme gibi yöntemler ve de modern ölçütler aracılığıyla somutlaştırmak hedeflenmiştir. Kendi içinde üçer kısma ayrılan ve sistematiği“efrâdını câmi ağyârını mâni”düsturuyla kurulan bu çalışma iki bölümden meydana gelmektedir. Birinci bölümde tecvîdin modern fonetikle ilişkisi kurularak bazı alt dallarının tilâvete katkısı incelen-miş ve Kur'ân dilinin telâffuz sistemi klasik ve modern veriler eşliğinde bütün boyut-larıyla arz edilmiştir. İkinci bölümde ise Kur'ân'ın içsel mûsıkîsi modern bilimlerden müzikolojiyle irtibatlandırılmış ve bazı alt dallarının tilâvet sanatına katkısı irdelen-miştir. Bu noktada Kur'ân'ın bir sanat kabilinden okunmasında büyük katkısı olduğu düşünülen makamât olgusu temel makamlar çerçevesinde ele alınmış ve makamların günümüzde icra ediliş yöntemleri detaylı şekilde incelenmiştir. Bu yönüyle çalışma-mız, Kur'ân tilâvetinin profesyonel icra boyutuna“kültür-sanat-mânâ”ekseninde yeni bir pencere açmaktadır. Bu çalışmada özetle; ilmî, kültürel ve sanatsal bir tasavvurla asil tilâvet inşasının nasıl olacağı gösterilmektedir.

In this study, which deals with the phonetic and musicological structure of the Qur'anic recitation based on elements such as semâ, muşafehe, emphasis and harmony; The pronunciation and harmony qualities of the sounds belonging to the language of the Qur'an were critiqued. In the critiques, a general framework was drawn with the horizon shown by classical and modern sources, and phonetical pro-nunciation problems were brought to the agenda through sound materials, and on the other hand, musical due diligence was made. With this approach; It is aimed to em-body the phonetical and musical structure of the Qur'anic recitation, which has been studied for a long time, through methods such as description and description and modern criteria. This study, which is divided into three parts in itself and whose systematics is established with the motto of“efrâdını cami aghyârını mani”consists of two parts. In the first chapter, the relationship of tajwîd with modern phonetics was established and the contribution of some sub-branches to recitation was examined and the pro-nunciation system of the Qur'anic language was presented in all its dimensions, ac-companied by classical and modern data. In the second part, the inner music of the Qur'an is associated with musicology, one of the modern sciences, and the contribu-tion of some sub-branches to the art of recitation is examined. At this point, the phe-nomenon of maqamat, which is thought to have a great contribution to the recitation of the Qur'an in an artistic manner, has been handled within the framework of the basic maqams and the methods of performing the maqams today have been examined in detail. With this aspect, our study opens a new window to the professional per-formance dimension of the Qur'anic recitation on the axis of“culture-art-meaning.”In this study, in summary; It is shown how to build a nee vision with a scientific, cultural and artistic imagination.
