Özet
Dil ile müziğimizin estetik bir şekilde bir araya getirilmesi son derece önemli bir konudur. Tüm dünyayı kolaylıkla etkileyen ve aynı zamanda diğer sanat alanları arasında yer alan müzik gibi dile de hak ettiği önem verilmelidir. Burada müzikte dil unsurunun önemli dallarından biri olan prozodi ve fonetik konusunu birbirine karıştırmamak gerekir. Genel olarak fonetik denilince akla hemen aruz konusu gelmektedir. Ancak ikisi farklı konulardır. Prozodi, günlük konuşma dilinin müzikal bir biçimde düzenlenmesi olarak tanımlanabilir. Yani prozodideki hecenin değerine (uzunluğuna veya kısalığına), vurgusuna ve tonlamasına göre müzik oluşturmak önemlidir. Fonetik, yazma, okuma, konuşma, seslerin oluşumu, konuşma, ses veren organlar vb. ilgileniyor İnsanın oluşumunda birbiriyle ilişkili üç temel özellik vardır. Bunlar insan ruhu, dili öğrenme ve ustalaşma arzusudur. Dile ilişkin bilimsel çalışmaların gelişmesini sağlayan, dile hakim olma arzusudur. İnsan dilinin bilimsel araştırmalara konu olması dil biliminin ortaya çıkmasına zemin hazırlamıştır. Dilbilim – dillerin gelişimini, ilişkilerini ve dünya çapındaki dağılımlarını inceler. Fonetik - ses hakkında bilgi, dilbilimin araştırma alanlarından biridir, seslerin oluşumu ve duyulmasının incelenmesiyle ilgilenir. Daha geniş bir çevreyi kapsayan fonetik ana çalışma alanının dillerle sınırlı olmadığını ve sesin fiziksel bir olgu olarak incelenmesiyle ilgilendiğini söyleyebiliriz. Bu nedenle yazılı olarak yapılan seslere tam olarak cevap vermek gerekir. Tüm dillere uyarlanabilecek şekilde oluşturulan Uluslararası Fonetik Alfabe (Uluslararası Fonetik Alfabe)[86] bu ihtiyaçtan doğmuştur. Bu açıdan ele aldığımız konunun güncelliğine özellikle dikkat etmeliyiz. Fonetik ve prozodinin iki farklı çalışma alanı olmaktan ziyade birbiriyle ilişkili iki alan olarak incelenmesi özellikle modern müzik eğitimi alanında gereklidir. Çünkü fonetik bilinmeden aruz bağlamında doğru bir araştırma yapılamaz, birbirleriyle bağlantılıdırlar. Bunlar modern çağın güncel ve çözülmesi gereken önemli sorunlarıdır.

Bringing language and our music together aesthetically is an extremely important issue. Language, like music, which easily affects the whole world and is also among other artistic fields, should be given the importance it deserves. Here, we should not confuse prosody and phonetics, which are one of the important branches of the language element in music. In general, when phonetics is mentioned, the subject of prosody immediately comes to mind. However, the two are different issues. Prosody can be defined as the musical arrangement of daily spoken language. In other words, it is important to create music according to the value (long or short), stress and intonation of the syllable in the prosody. Phonetics, writing, reading, speech, formation of sounds, speech, organs that produce sound, etc. interested There are three basic interrelated features in the formation of a human being. These are the human spirit, the desire to learn and master the language. It is the desire to master the language that enables the development of scientific studies on language. The fact that human language is the subject of scientific research paved the way for the emergence of linguistics. Linguistics – studies the development of languages, their relationships, and distribution around the world. Phonetics - knowledge about sound is one of the research areas of linguistics, it deals with the study of the formation and hearing of sounds. We can say that the main field of study in phonetics, which covers a wider environment, is not limited to languages and deals with the study of sound as a physical phenomenon. Therefore, it is necessary to fully respond to sounds made in writing. The International Phonetic Alphabet [86], which was created to be adaptable to all languages, was born from this need. In this respect, we should pay particular attention to the topicality of the issue we are dealing with. It is necessary, especially in the field of modern music education, to examine phonetics and prosody as two interrelated fields rather than two different fields of study. Because a correct research cannot be done in the context of aruz without knowing the phonetics, they are interconnected. These are current and important problems of the modern age that need to be solved.
