Özet
“Yeni Nesil İnsan ve Teknoloji İlişkisi Bağlamında Nesnelerin İnterneti ve Yapay Zekâ”isimli bu tezde, günümüzde bireyleri, toplumsal yaşamı ve tüm sektörleri yakından ilgilendirmeye başlayan nesnelerin interneti teknolojileri ele alınırken öncelikle teknoloji kavramı konusundaki felsefi tartışmalara yer verilmiş, Antik Yunan'daki Thales, Sofistler, Sokrates, Platon, Aristoteles gibi düşünürlerden hareket edilirken Ortaçağ'dan sonra önemli yaklaşımlar geliştiren Bacon, Descartes, Kant ve Marx gibi önemli düşünürlerin yaklaşımları incelenmiştir. Aynı bölümde irdelenen diğer filozoflar Heidegger, Marcuse, Habermas, Offe ve Feenberg'dir. Tezin ikinci bölümünde teknolojilerin gelişim süreci, kullanım alanları ve bu süreçte yapay zekanın rolüne yer verilmiş ve her geçen gün yeni kullanım alanlarına dahil olan nesnelerin interneti teknolojisinin yeni nesil insan üzerindeki etkileri vurgulanmıştır. Profesyonel iş yaşamında ve bireysel hayatta oldukça hızlı bir biçimde kabul gören teknolojilerin hayatı kolaylaştıran ve her alanda kaliteyi arttıran etkilerinin yanında hem sektörel bazda hem de bireylerin özel yaşamlarında ortaya çıkan riskler ve sorunlar açıklanmıştır. Yeni nesil insan ve nesnelerin interneti arasındaki ilişki ele alınırken insanlığın geçmişten günümüze değin teknoloji ile olan ilişkisi kapsamlı bir biçimde gözden geçirilmiştir. İnsanlık çağlar boyu teknolojiyi ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda geliştirmiş, tarihsel süreç içinde teknolojik ilerleme anlamında zorluklarla karşılaşmıştır. Bu zorlukları yenme süreciyle birlikte gelişmeler hız kazanırken akademik anlamdaki tartışmalar ve çalışmalar da günden güne artmış ve zenginleşmiş, bu nedenle tezde teknoloji tartışmalarına özel bir yer verilmiştir. Tezin son bölümünde nesnelerin internetinin yaygınlaşmasıyla gelen büyük veri ve güvenlik sorununa, mahremiyet sorununa ve gözetim sorununa eğilinirken bu sorunların sinema alanındaki yansımalarını oluşturan Her ve Ex Machina isimli iki filmin yorumu ile distopik evrene dikkat çekilmiştir. Tezde genel anlamda güncel bilimsel literatür ekseninde interdisipliner bir yaklaşımla, bütüncül nitelikli, eleştirel ve felsefi bir perspektif kullanılmıştır.

In this thesis titled“Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence in the Context of the New Generation Human and Technology Relationship”, philosophical discussions on the concept of technology are primarily included, while the internet of things technologies, which have begun to closely concern individuals, social life and all sectors, are discussed. While starting from thinkers such as Thales, Sophists, Socrates, Plato, and Aristotle in Ancient Greece, the approaches of important thinkers such as Bacon, Descartes, Kant and Marx, who developed important approaches after the Middle Ages, were examined. Other philosophers discussed in the same chapter are Heidegger, Marcuse, Habermas, Offe, and Feenberg. In the second part of the thesis, the development process of technologies, their usage areas and the role of artificial intelligence in this process are given and the effects of the internet of things technology, which is included in new usage areas, on the new generation of people are emphasized. In addition to the effects of technologies that are accepted very quickly in professional business life and individual life, which make life easier and increase quality in every field, risks and problems that arise both on a sectoral basis and in the private lives of individuals are explained. While discussing the relationship between the new generation of humans and the Internet of Things, the relationship between humanity and technology from the past to the present has been comprehensively reviewed. Humanity has developed technology in line with its needs throughout the ages and has faced difficulties in terms of technological progress in the historical process. While the developments accelerated with the process of overcoming these difficulties, academic discussions and studies increased and enriched day by day, therefore, technology discussions were given a special place in the thesis. In the last part of the thesis, while dealing with the big data and security problem, privacy problem and surveillance problem that came with the spread of the internet of things, attention was drawn to the dystopian universe with the interpretation of two films called Her and Ex Machina, which reflect the reflections of these problems in the field of cinema. In the thesis, a holistic, critical and philosophical perspective was used with an interdisciplinary approach in the axis of current scientific literature.
