Özet
Hayatın her alanında bilgi toplumu yapılmaya çalışılmakta ve bu durum sağlık sistemini de etkilemektedir. Modern bilgi ve iletişim teknolojilerini kullanarak sağlıkta yeni bir alan olan e-sağlık ortaya çıkmıştır. E-sağlığın amacı, hasta bakım süreçlerini optimize etmek, kalite ve güvenliği artırmak, tıbbi bilgilere daha iyi erişmek, maliyetleri azaltmak ve araştırma için temel materyal elde etmektir. Teletıp, telekomünikasyon teknolojisinin hasta bakımını, tıbbi öğretimi ve araştırmayı geliştirmek için uygulanmasıdır. Bu, hasta ve doktor arasındaki telefon veya uzman ile gerçek zamanlı bilgisayar programları ve video konferanslar veya uzaktan operasyon kontrolü arasındaki telefon kullanımını içerir. Telecerrahi, multimedya ve interaktif bilgi teknolojisinin cerrahi tıptaki uygulama kavramlarının bir özetidir. Telecerrahi terimi, intraoperatif telekomünikasyon, telepresence, telemanipülasyon, telenavigasyon ve telerobotik içerir. İntraoperatif telekomünikasyon sadece görsel-işitsel iletişim ve danışmayı değil, aynı zamanda çeşitli tomografik süreçlerden ve yüksek çözünürlüklü stereoskopik video hareketli görüntülerinden 3D yeniden yapılandırılmış veri setlerinin iletimini de içerir. Amaç cerrahi müdahalelerin etkinliğini artırmaktır.

An information society is being striven for in all areas of life, and this also affects the healthcare system. Using modern information and communication technology, e-health, which is a new field in healthcare, has emerged. The goal of e-health is to optimize patient care processes, increase quality and safety, better access medical information, reduce costs, and obtain basic material for research. Telemedicine is the application of telecommunications technology to improve patient care, medical teaching and research. This includes the use of the telephone between patient and doctor or the general practitioner with the specialist to real-time computer programs and video conferences or remote operation control. Telesurgery is a summary of the application concepts of multimedia and interactive information technology in surgical medicine. The term telesurgery includes intraoperative telecommunications, telepresence, telemanipulation, telenavigation and telerobotics. Intraoperative telecommunications not only includes audiovisual communication and consultation, but also the transmission of 3D reconstructed data sets from various tomographic processes and high-resolution stereoscopic video moving images. The aim is to achieve an increase in the efficiency of surgical interventions.
