Özet
Araştırmada, üreticilerin tarımsal üretimdeki faaliyetleri ile ilgili gayelerine erişmek için uyguladıkları davranış ve tutumları ölçmek amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmanın verilerini Şanlıurfa ili ilçelerindeki köylerde tarımsal üretim faaliyetinde bulunan çiftçilerden anket yolu ve yarı yapılandırılmış mülakat ile elde edilmiştir. Araştırmada 166 çiftçi ile anket yapılmıştır. Araştırmada, incelenen işletmelerde referans kumarı yöntemi uygulanarak işletmeciler risk tutum ve davranışlarına göre (risk seven, riske duyarsız ve risk sevmeyen) şeklinde gruplara ayrılmıştır. Ayrıca, üreticilere yeniliği benimseme ve uygulama durumunu ölçmek için yöneltilen sorularla da üreticiler gruplara ayrılmıştır. Belirlenen risk grupları ile yenilikleri benimseme ve uygulama ile ilgili gruplar karşılaştırılmış olup risk gruplarının ve yenilik benimseme gruplarının birbirleriyle uyumlu olduğu saptanmıştır. Çalışmada işletmelerin risk seven (%14.46), riske duyarlı (%69.88), risk sevmeyenler (%15.66) olmak üzere davranış gruplarına ayrılmıştır. İşletmelerin hangi risk grubunda yer aldıkları belirlenmiştir. İşletmelerin borçlanma durumlarının riske karşı duyarlılıkları ile ilgili olup olmadığı belirlenmiştir. İşletmelerin temel ihtiyaçlarının karşılanma, çiftçilikten memnuniyet, mevcut arazi koruma, çiftçilikten vazgeçme eğilimi ve çocuklarının çiftçi olma durumu belirlenmiştir. İşletmelerin son beş yılda işletme yatırımlarında, elde edilen gelirlerinde ve arazide değişiklik olma durumları risk gruplarına göre belirlenmiştir. Tarımsal faaliyetlerden uzaklaşma davranışları belirlenmiştir.

In the research, it is aimed to measure the behaviors and attitudes of the producers in order to reach their goals related to their activities in agricultural production. The data of the study were obtained from the farmers engaged in agricultural production activities in the villages of Şanlıurfa province by means of questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. In the research, 166 farmers were surveyed. In the research, by applying the reference gambling method in the enterprises examined, the operators were divided into groups according to their risk attitudes and behaviors (risk-loving, risk-insensitive and risk-averse). In addition, manufacturers were divided into groups with questions asked to measure their innovation adoption and implementation status. The identified risk groups and the groups related to adopting and implementing innovations were compared and it was determined that risk groups and innovation adoption groups were compatible with each other. In the study, businesses were divided into behavior groups as risk-loving (14.46%), risk-sensitive (69.88%), and risk-averse (15.66%). It has been determined which risk group the enterprises are in. It has been determined whether the borrowing status of the enterprises is related to their risk sensitivity. Meeting the basic needs of the enterprises, satisfaction with farming, current land protection, the tendency to give up farming and the status of their children being farmers were determined. Changes in business investments, revenues and land in the last five years of businesses are determined according to risk groups. Behaviors of alienation from agricultural activities were determined.
