Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin maruz kaldıkları psikolojik yıldırma davranışları ile kişilik tipleri arasında nasıl bir ilişki bulunduğunun çeşitli değişkenler açısından ortaya konulmasıdır. Bu çalışmada, betimsel (tarama) araştırma modellerinden biri olan ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırma grubunu 2020-2021 Eğitim Öğretim Yılında Ankara İli Keçiören, Altındağ ve Mamak ilçelerinde bulunan devlet okullarında görev yapan 107'si kadın, 197'si erkek toplam 304 beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmeni oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Einarsen ve Raknes (1997) tarafından geliştirilen ve Cemaloğlu tarafından uyarlanan Olumsuz Davranış Ölçeği (ODÖ) ve Benet-Martinez ve John (1998) tarafından geliştirilen, Sümer ve Sümer (2005) tarafından uyarlanan Beş Faktör Kişilik Özellikleri Ölçeği (BFKÖÖ) kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde; bağımsız örneklem t testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi (Anova) testi, Mann Whitney U testi, Kruskall Wallis H testi uygulanmıştır. Katılımcıların demografik özellikleri ile BFKÖÖ'nün boyutları arasındaki testin sonuçlarına bakıldığında, cinsiyet ile dışadönüklük, sorumluluk ve uyumluluk alt boyutları arasında anlamlı bir farklılık söz konusu iken, gelişime açıklık ve duygusal denge alt boyutlarında anlamlı bir farklılığa rastlanılmamıştır. Medeni durum ile BFKÖÖ'nün dışadönüklük ve uyumluluk alt boyutlarında anlamlı bir farklılık bulunurken, sorumluluk, gelişime açıklık ve duygusal denge alt boyutlarında anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmamıştır. Eğitim durumu, okul müdürü cinsiyeti, kurumdaki öğretmen sayısı ile BFKÖÖ'deki boyutlar arasında anlamlı bir fark belirlenmemiştir. Katılımcıların demografik özellikleri ile ODÖ arasındaki testin sonuçlarına göre ise, cinsiyet, eğitim durumu, kurumdaki öğretmen sayısı ile olumsuz davranışlar arasında anlamlı bir farklılık yok iken, yaş (anlamlılık 25 yaş ve altı ve 46 yaş ve üzerinde), mesleki kıdem (1-5 yıl ile 21 yıl ve üzerinde), hizmet süresi (1-5 yıl ile 11 yıl ve üzerinde), medeni durum ve okul müdürü cinsiyeti ile ODÖ arasında anlamlı farklılıklar söz konusudur. ODÖ ile BFKÖÖ arasındaki korelasyon analiz sonucuna göre ise, olumsuz davranışlara maruz kalma durumu ile dışadönüklük, sorumluluk ve uyumluluk alt boyutları arasında negatif yönde zayıf ve anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilirken, duygusal denge alt boyutuyla pozitif yönde orta düzeyde anlamlı bir ilişki saptanmıştır.

The aim of this research is to reveal how there is a relationship between the psychological intimidation behaviors that physical education teachers are exposed to and their personality types in terms of various variables. In this study, the relational screening model, which is one of the descriptive (screening) research models, was used. In the 2020-2021 Academic Year, the research group consisted of 304 physical education teachers, 107 of whom were women and 197 of whom were men, working in public schools in Keçiören, Altındağ and Mamak districts of Ankara Province. In the study, the Personal Information Form developed by the researchers, the Negative Behavior Scale (NBS) developed by Einarsen and Raknes (1997) and adapted by Cemaloğlu and the Five Factor Personality Characteristics Scale (FFPCS) developed by Benet-Martinez and John (1998) and adapted by Sümer and Sümer (2005) were used. In the analysis of the data; independent sample t test, one-way analysis of variance (Anova) test, Mann Whitney U test, Kruskall Wallis H test were applied. When the results of the test between the demographic characteristics of the participants and the dimensions of the FFPCS were examined, there was a significant difference between gender and the sub-dimensions of extraversion, responsibility and compatibility, while no significant difference was found in the sub-dimensions of openness to development and emotional balance. While there was a significant difference in the extraversion and compatibility sub-dimensions of marital status and the FFPCS, there was no significant difference in the responsibilities, openness to development and emotional balance sub-dimensions. No significant difference was determined between educational status, gender of school principal, number of teachers in the institution and dimensions on the FFPCS. According to the results of the test between the demographic characteristics of the participants and the NBS, while there was no significant difference between gender, educational status, number of teachers in the institution and negative behaviors, age (significance was 25 years and under and 46 years and over), professional seniority (1-5 years to 21 years and above), duration of service (1-5 years to 11 years and above), There are significant differences between marital status and school principal gender and the NBS. According to the results of the correlation analysis between the NBS and the FFPCS, it was determined that there was a weak and significant relationship between the exposure to negative behaviors and the extraversion, responsibility and compatibility sub-dimensions in a negative direction, while a moderate significant relationship was found with the emotional imbalance sub-dimension in a positive direction.
