Özet
Tezde farklı araştırma yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Örneğin: Gazete analizi, istatistiksel yöntemler, gözlem ve diğer yöntemler kullanılmıştır. Veri tabanı olarak lojistik ile ilgili kitap, makale, tez, lojistik merkezlerin web siteleri vb. Araştırmanın sınırlılıkları Azerbaycan dilindeki bilgi tabanının yetersiz düzeyde olmasıdır. Tez, Azerbaycan lojistik sektörünün zayıf yönlerini belirlemekte ve çözümler sunmaktadır. Bu önerilerin hayata geçirilmesi halinde lojistik sektöründeki sorunlar nispeten ortadan kalkacaktır. Çalışmanın temel amacı, Azerbaycan'daki mevcut lojistik durumunu analiz etmenin yanı sıra, Azerbaycan petrol ve gaz ürünlerinin dış pazarlara ulaşım mekanizmasını incelemektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, Petrol ve petrol ürünleri pazarındaki lojistik sistemleri analiz etmek, Modern kargo teslimat teknolojilerini, petrol ve petrol ürünleri pazarında uygulama olanaklarını incelemek, Terminal altyapısının geliştirilmesine yönelik önerilerde bulunmak, Petrol ve petrol ürünleri pazarındaki lojistik altyapıya ilişkin bilgi teknolojilerini gözden geçirmek ve bunları iyileştirme yollarında çalışmalar yapılması gerekmektedir. Azerbaycan'ın lojistik sektörü, elverişli coğrafi konumu nedeniyle istenilen düzeyde değildir. Ülkede kompakt hizmetler sunan lojistik merkezi bulunmamaktadır. 2016 Yılı Stratejik Yol Haritası bu konuları incelemektedir. Çalışmanın amacı doğrultusunda tez, Azerbaycan'da lojistik sektörünün ülkedeki durumunu inceleyerek çözüm önerileri sunmak ve lojistik sektörünü gelişimine katkı yapmaktır. Özellikle beklenen gelişmelerden biri lojistik sektörünün rekabet gücünü artırmaktır. Artan rekabet ihracat ve ithalat sürecini basitleştirecek, zaman kaybını azaltacak ve nihayetinde ülke ticaretini artıracaktır.

Different research methods were used in the thesis. For example: Newspaper analysis, statistical methods, observation and other methods were used. Books, articles, dissertations, websites of logistics centers, etc. related to logistics as a database. The limitations of the research are that the knowledge base in the Azerbaijani language is at an insufficient level. The thesis identifies the weaknesses of the Azerbaijani logistics sector and provides solutions. If these proposals are implemented, the problems in the logistics sector will relatively disappear. The main purpose of the study is to analyze the current logistics situation in Azerbaijan, as well as to study the mechanism of transportation of Azerbaijani oil and gas products to foreign Sundays. For this purpose, oil and oil products in the market to analyze logistics systems, modern technologies, cargo delivery, oil and oil products on the market to examine the possibilities of application in Terminal make recommendations for the development of infrastructure, oil and oil products in the market and review them to work on improving logistics for the infrastructure of information technology is required. In line with the purpose of the study, the thesis is to examine the situation of the logistics sector in Azerbaijan in the country and to offer solutions and to contribute to the development of the logistics sector. One of the especially expected developments is to increase the competitiveness of the logistics sector. Increased competition will simplify the export and import process, reduce time loss, and ultimately increase the country's trade..
