Özet
Araştırmada genel amaç, Mushaf tertibiyle hazırlananan Türkçe mealli Kur'ân formatındaki Arapça eserlerden birisi olan et-Tefsîru'l-Müyesser adlı eseri, tefsir usûlü açısından incelemektir. Bu minval üzere araştırmada, eserin Kur'ân ilimleri ile ilgili muhtevası örneklendirilerek ele alınmıştır. Selefîlik hareketinin öncülerinden olan Suudî Arabistan'daki resmî bir kurum tarafından hazırlanması hasebiyle eserin mezhebî yönünü ortaya koymak da amaçlanmıştır. Bu bakımdan eser tefsir yöntemleri açısından incelenirken bu husus ayrıca değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmada, tefsirin hazırlanmasında diğer dillere tercüme edilebilir bir metin oluşturma hedefi bulunduğundan eserin kaynaklarının tespiti, tefsir usûlü konularını içermesi nedeniyle mukaddimesinin incelenmesi ve eser üzerine yapılan bir çalışma olması hasebiyle eserin tercümesinin kritize edilmesi gibi konulara da yer verilmiştir. Eserin tamamı taranarak metodik bakımdan dikkat çeken özelliklerine yer verilmeye çalışılmıştır. İhtiyaç duyulan yerlerde tefsir usûlü kaynaklarından istifade edilmiştir. Yine örnek olarak seçilen bazı âyetlerin tefsiri çerçevesinde eserin niteliğini net bir şekilde ortaya koymak için mukayeseli bir şekilde geçmiş tefsirlere atıflar yapılmıştır. Eserin, rivâyet tefsiri ağırlıklı olduğu, yer yer mezhebî görüşler içerdiği, teorik bilgilere girmeden Kur'ân ilimlerini ihtiva ettiği ve icmâlî tefsir sayılabilecek bir formatta olduğu görülmektedir. Kanaatimizce eserde âyetler tefsir edilirken haziflerin takdiri ve garîb lafızların güncel bir dilde aktarımı gibi Kur'ân ilimlerinin kullanılması ile yetinilmeyip bunun yanında esbâbu nüzûle başvurulmakta ve rivâyet tefsiri metodu öne çıkmaktadır. Esasen et-Tefsîru'l- Müyesser'de izlenen bu yöntem, farklı dillere çevirilen Kur'ân meâllerinin hangi üslup ile kaleme alınması gerektiğine de ışık tutmaktadır. Zira Kur'ân'ın muhataplarının, vahyin nüzûlünde cereyan eden hususları, Hz. Peygamber'in (s.a.s.) yapmış olduğu açıklamaları, Kur'ân'ın ilk muhataplarının Kur'ân'dan anladıkları hususlar vb. bilgilere ulaşabilmesi, Allah Teâlâ'nın Kur'ân'daki murâdını anlayıp onu hayata yansıtabilmesi için oldukça önem arz etmektedir.

The general purpose of the research is to examine the work called at-Tafseer al-Muyassar, which is one of the Arabic works in the Qur'an format with Turkish translation, which was prepared by preserving the Mushaf order, in terms of tafseer method. In this way, the content of the work related to the Qur'anic sciences has been exemplified in the research. It is also aimed to reveal the sectarian aspect of the work, since it was prepared by an official institution in Saudi Arabia, one of the pioneers of the Salafism movement. In this respect, this issue was also evaluated while the work was examined in terms of interpretation methods. In the study, subjects such as the determination of the sources of the work, the examination of the introduction of the work because it includes the subjects of tafseer, and the critique of the translation of the work because it is a study on the work are also included. Tafseer has been thoroughly scanned. Methodically, it has been tried to include all its remarkable features. Sources of tafseer method have been used where needed. And, in order to clearly reveal the quality emphasized in the interpretation of some verses selected as an example, references were made to previous tafseers in a comparative way. It is observed that the narration tafseer is dominant in the work, it includes sectarian views from time to time, contains Qur'anic Sciences without giving theoretical knowledge, and it is in a format that can be considered as a concise tafseer. While interpreting the verses in the work, it is not contented with the use of Qur'anic sciences such as the appreciation of the verses and the transfer of gharib words in a contemporary language. In addition to these, context of revelation is applied and the method of narration tafsir is also used. In fact, this method of at-Tafseeru'l-Moyassar also sheds light on the style in which the translations of the Qur'an should be written. Because, it is very important for the addressees of the Qur'an to understand the will of Allah in the Qur'an and to know all aspects of it in order to reflect it to life: What events took place at the Qur'ans revelation? What were the statements of the Prophet Muhammad? How did the first addressees of the Qur'an understand the Qur'an?
