üne of the important issues in identifying how the science of jurisprudence develops, and how changing the views of fundamentalist schools, is the study of the mutual scientific influences between fundamentalist schools. And researchers are accustomed to assuming tbe influence of Al-Mutakalameen on the Hanafi, this research comes to discuss the impact of the Hanajis in the schoo/ of AI-Mutakalameen through the opinions of the Scholars of the Hanafi School. in this regard, this study defıned tbe scholars of the Ha nafi School of Fundamental of Iraq, by sbowing their cbaracteristics tbat distinguish tbem fronı otber schools, and by explaining the forms of relationships that took place between the Hanafi school and the Al-Mutakalameen and that had a clear impact on the AI-Mutakalameen through tbern. Wbereas, the intersection between the two schools extends in most subjects of jurisprudence science; this thesis bas studied this through sorne sample issues which show the impact of the Jraq Hanafi school on the Al-Mutakalameen. Including: the issue of“generality.formula-siqal 'uf- 'umum”, the issue of“holding on to the generality formula and its relationship to delaying the statement-tekhir 'il-bayan”, the question of“the hukm of what remained in the al-umum after the at-takhsis”, the issue of“umum of the almushtarak”, the issue of“the fact of the imperative Al-Amr”, tbe issue of“the temporary emperative al-amr”, and the issue of“The concept ofthe al-bayan”, the question of“the successive exception form after sympathetic sentences”and the issue of“addition to text al-nas”. This thesis concluded with a variety of results related to the generality methodology of the Hanqfı school, and other results specially related to the verification of the fundamental impact in the school of AI-Mııtakalameen, which confinned the thesis hypothesis that the Hana.fi school of lraq affected the school of the AI-Mutakalameen fundamentally, wbich prompted many Schoolars such as the Abu Ali and Abu Hashem Al-Jubbai, and Abu Hasan Al-Ash 'ari, al-Qadi AI-Baqalani and Abdul Jabbar, Abu AlHussein Al-Basri, Al-Juwayni, AI-Baji, AI-Ghazali, Al-Razi, and Al-Amidi by saying what the Hanafi School of Jraq went to regarding fundamentalist issues.
