Özet
Bu araştırmada üstün yeteneklilere eğitim veren sınıf öğretmenlerinin pandemi dönemi online uzaktan eğitim hakkındaki görüşlerini ve önerilerini incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Online /uzaktan eğitimin öğrenciler üzerindeki etkileri öğretmenler tarafından tespit edildiği şekliyle çalışmaya yansıtılmıştır. Bu bağlamda '' Üstün Yetenekli Öğrencilerin Sınıf Öğretmenlerinin Pandemi Dönemi Online/Uzaktan Eğitimleri Hakkındaki Görüş ve Önerileri'' incelenmiştir. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılarak veriler toplanmıştır. Uygulama İstanbul'da bulunan üstün yetenekli öğrencilere eğitim veren özel bir ilkokulun çeşitli kampüslerinde 2021-2022 yıllarında görev yapan sınıf öğretmenleriyle yürütülmüştür. Uygulama için bahsedilen okulun kampüslerinde görev yapan üstün yetenekli öğrencilere eğitim veren sınıf öğretmenleri seçilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde içerik analiz kullanılmıştır. Yapılan çalışma sonucunda online /uzaktan eğitim zorunlu veya acil durumlarda kullanılması faydalı bir yöntem olup, kısa vadede çeşitli sorunları çözmüş olsa bile birçok eksiğe neden olduğu da tespit edilmiştir. Uzun vadede online /uzaktan eğitim sürekli yapılacak bir eğitim öğretim sistemi olacaksa teknoloji, öğretmen eğitimleri, içerikler için gerekli olan değişikliklerin yapılması ve bu sistemlerin geliştirilmesi gerekmektedir.

In this study, it is aimed to examine the views and suggestions of primary school teachers who teach gifted students about online distance education during the pandemic period. The effects of online / distance education on students were reflected in the study as determined by the teachers. In this context,“Classroom Teachers' Opinions and Suggestions on Online/Distance Education of Gifted Students during the Pandemic Period”were examined. Qualitative research method was used in the study. Data were collected using a semi-structured interview form. The application was carried out with classroom teachers working in 2021-2022 in various campuses of a private primary school providing education to gifted students in Istanbul. In the research, a semi-structured form was used to collect data. Content analysis was used in the analysis of the data. As a result of the study, it is a useful method to use online / distance education in compulsory or emergency situations, and although it has solved various problems in the short term, it has caused many shortcomings. In the long run, if online / distance education is to be a continuous education system, necessary changes or developments in technology, teacher training, content are required.
