Özet
Modern zamanlarda özne ayrıcalıklı bir konum kazanmıştır. Bu durum modern bilimin başarıları sayesinde gerçekleşmiştir. Daha açık bir ifadeyle, modern zamanlarda bilim ve felsefe büyük bir itibar kazanmıştır. Gerçekten de modern filozofların büyük bir çoğunluğu sadece akla (bilim ve felsefe) dayanarak gerçekliği elde edeceğimizi iddia etmişlerdir. Modern felsefedeki epistemolojik tartışmalar özneye ve zihne duyulan güvenin sarsılmasında önemli bir rol oynamıştır. Bu çalışmada öncelikle modern felsefedeki tartışmalar incelenmiştir. Bu tartışmalar sonucunda hem epistemolojik rasyonalizm hem de epistemolojik empirisizm ciddi bir krize girmiştir. Bilinçdışının keşfi ve aklın tarihselliği fikri rasyonalizmin sorgulanmasına neden olmuştur. Empirizm şüphecilikle sonuçlanmıştır. İnsan zihnin dışına nasıl çıkmaktadır? Tartışmalar bu soru etrafında yoğunlaşmıştır. İşte bu çalışmada, modern felsefedeki epistemolojik tartışmalar incelenmiş ve din, bilim ve felsefe üzerine yeniden düşünülmüştür. Akıl hakikati bilebilir mi? Bilim ve felsefe hakikate ulaştırabilir mi? Hakikat sorunu bağlamında dinin rolü nedir? Bu sorular çalışmanın temel meselesidir. Bu çalışma bilim ve felsefenin sınırlılıklarını ortaya çıkarmayı ve dinin önemini göstermeyi amaçlamaktadır.

In modern times, the human subject has gained a privileged position. This situation has been realized thanks to the achievements of modern science. To put it more bluntly, in modern times, science and philosopy have gained a great reputation. Indeed, the vast majority of modern philosophers have claimed that we will get reality based on reason (science and philosophy) alone. Epistemologial discussions in modern philosophy have played an important role on the discredit of the human subject and the human mind. In this study, firstly, the debates in modern philosophy are examined. As a result of these discussions, both epistemologial rationalism and epistemologial empiricism have entered a serious crisis. The discovery of the unconscious and the idea of the historicity of the mind have caused rationalism to be questioned. Empiricism ended with skepticism. How does a person get out of the mind? Discussions are concentrated around this question. In this study, epistemologial discussions in modern philosophy are examined and rethought on religion, science and philosophy. Can the mind know the truth? Can science and philosophy lead to the truth? What is the role of religion in the context of the problem of truth? These questions are the main issue of the study. This study aims to reveal the limitations of science and philosophy and to show the importance of religion.
