Özet
Ülkelerin ekonomik büyümesinde dış ticaret önemli bir göstergedir. Dış ticareti aktif biçimde gerçekleştirmeye yönelik çeşitli teoriler geliştirilmiştir. Bu bağlamda değinilen bir noktada ülkelerin büyümelerinde dış ticaret dinamiklerinden hangisinin daha etkili olduğudur. Dünya genelinde yapılan analizlerde varılan genel kanı, büyümenin kaynağının gelişmiş ülkelerde ihracat, gelişmekte olan ülkelerde de ithalat olduğu yönündedir. Ayrıca Türkiye gelişen ülkelerden olup, dış ticaretini 1980 yılından sonra ekonomik serbestleşmeyi benimsemesiyle ön plana çıkarmıştır. Çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye'de dış ticaretin il bazında incelenerek, illerin ekonomik büyüme ile olan ilişkisini ortaya koymaktır. Bu çerçevede 2002-2020 dönemi dikkate alınmış olup, her yıl Türkiye İstatistik Kurumu tarafından yayınlanan il bazlı veriler kullanılmıştır. Bu verilere dayanarak, illerin kalkınmada dış ticaretin önemli bir yer tuttuğu ve ekonomide iller arası adalete katkı sağladığı düşünülmektedir. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde dış ticaret kavramları ve dış ticaret teorileri ve dış ticaretin makroekonomik etkilerinden bahsedilmiştir. İkinci bölümde ise illerin sanayi yapısı, illerin nüfusu, illerin işsizlik ve istihdam oranları, illerin dış ticareti incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın son bölümünde ise 2010- 2020 yılları arasındaki Türkiye ekonomisine yer verilmiştir.

Foreign trade is an important indicator in the economic growth of countries. Various theories have been developed to actively realize foreign trade. In this context, a point mentioned is which of the foreign trade dynamics is more effective in the growth of countries. The general opinion reached in the analyzes made around the world is that the source of growth is exports in developed countries and imports in developing countries. In addition, Turkey is one of the developing countries and has brought its foreign trade to the forefront by adopting economic liberalization after 1980. The aim of the study is to examine the foreign trade in Turkey on a provincial basis and to reveal the relationship between provinces and economic growth. In this framework, the 2002-2020 period has been taken into account, and province-based data published by the Turkish Statistical Institute every year have been used. Based on these data, it is thought that the foreign trade of the provinces has an important place in development and contributes to the justice between the provinces in the economy. In the first part of the study, foreign trade concepts and foreign trade theories and macroeconomic effects of foreign trade are mentioned. In the second part, the industrial structure of the provinces, the population of the provinces, the unemployment and employment rates of the provinces, and the foreign trade of the provinces were examined. In the last part of the study, the Turkish economy between the years 2010-2020 is given.
