Özet
Bu araştırma ile Aksaray ilinde bulunan ve Türkiye'de ilk ve tek olma özelliğine sahip Paralimpik Oyunlar Hazırlık Merkezinin fiziki yeterlilikleri uygulanan anket ile değerlendirilmiş ve sporcu / antrenörlerin, ihtiyaç ve beklentilerini karşılayıp karşılamadığı sorusuna yanıt aranmıştır. Araştırma modelinin seçiminde anket yönteminin tercih edilmesindeki belirleyici faktör, daha çok milli sporcuya ulaşılmak istenilmesi ayrıca betimleyici sorularla tesisin verimliği hakkında kanıya varabilmektir. Ankette yer alan önermeler, engellilere yönelik uluslararası spor tesisleri normları baz alınarak hazırlanmıştır. Anket formunun ilk bölümünde katılımcılara yaş, cinsiyet ve eğitim durumu gibi demografik özellikler, ikinci bölümde ise tesisin fiziksel özellikleri ile işletmecilik anlayışına ilişkin (1)Hiç Katılmıyorum, (2)Katılmıyorum, (3)Kararsızım, (4) Katılıyorum, (5) Tamamen Katılıyorum ifadelerini içeren 5'li likert tipi, 25 maddeden oluşan önermeler sunulmuştur. Literatür taraması yapılarak söz konusu tesisin sahip olması gereken standartlar belirlenmiş akabinde tesisi kullanan Milli sporcuların görüşleri tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler çözümlenerek, frekans ve yüzde dağılımları bulunmuş ve tanımlayıcı istatistikler yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini, Türkiye Bedensel Engelliler Spor Federasyonu, Türkiye Görme Engelliler Spor Federasyonu ve Türkiye Özel Sporcular Spor Federasyonu bünyesinde görev yapan sporcu ve antrenörlerden oluşmaktadır. Örneklem olarak ise tesisi kullanan 107 Milli sporcu ve 28 antrenör çalışmada yer almıştır. Tesisi bizzat kullanmış yetişkin sporcuların seçimi tesisin verimliliğini anlamak için çok önemli bir husustur. Elimizde hali hazırda engelli spor tesislerine ilişkin veriler mevcuttur ancak uygulamada yaşanan durumlar araştırmanın esas gayesini teşkil etmektedir. Çalışmanın nihayetinde, Paralimpik Oyunlar Hazırlık Merkezinin fiziksel özelliklerinin ve işletmecilik anlayışının, sporcu ve antrenörlerin ihtiyaç ve beklentilerini tam anlamıyla karşılayamadığı hususlar yapılan istatiksel analizlerle tespit edilmiş ve çözüm önerileri sunulmuştur.

With this research, the physical competencies of the Paralympic Games Preparation Center in Aksaray province, which is the first and only in Turkey, were evaluated with the applied questionnaire and an answer was sought to the question of whether the athletes / coaches met their needs and expectations. The determining factor in choosing the survey method in the selection of the research model is the desire to reach more national athletes and also to reach an opinion about the efficiency of the facility with descriptive questions. The propositions in the questionnaire were prepared on the basis of the norms of international sports facilities for the disabled. In the first part of the questionnaire, demographic characteristics such as age, gender and educational status were given to the participants, and in the second part, the physical characteristics of the facility and the understanding of management were answered with the following words: (1) I strongly disagree, (2) I disagree, (3) I am indecisive, (4) I agree, (5) I totally agree, propositions consisting of 25 items and 5-point likert-type statements were presented. By making a literature review, the standards that the facility should have were determined, and then the opinions of the National athletes using the facility were determined. The obtained data were analyzed, frequency and percentage distributions were found and descriptive statistics were made. The universe of the research consists of athletes and trainers working within the Turkish Physically Handicapped Sports Federation, Turkey Visually Impaired Sports Federation and Turkey Special Athletes Sports Federation. As a sample, 107 national athletes and 28 trainers using the facility took part in the study. The selection of adult athletes who have personally used the facility is a very important aspect to understand the efficiency of the facility. We already have data on disabled sports facilities, but the situations experienced in practice constitute the main purpose of the research. At the end of the study, the issues that the physical characteristics and management approach of the Paralympic Games Preparation Center could not fully meet the needs and expectations of the athletes and coaches were determined by statistical analyzes and solution suggestions were presented.
