Özet
Bu çalışmada, ortaokul öğrencilerinin öğrenme sürecinde yardım isteme eğilimleri, sınıf iklimi ve öğrenme sorumluluğu algılarının sınıf düzeyi, cinsiyet ve anne baba eğitim durumlarına göre incelenmesi; sınıf iklimi ve öğrenme sorumluluğu algılarının yardım isteme eğilimini yordama düzeyinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. İlişkisel tarama modelinde olan araştırma, 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılında Ankara ili Çubuk ilçesinde öğrenim gören 750 ortaokul öğrencisinin katılımıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın verileri Sınıf İklimi Envanteri, Öğrenme Sorumluluğu Ölçeği (ÖSÖ-I) ve Öğrenme Sürecinde Yardım İsteme Ölçeği (ÖSYİÖ) ile toplanmıştır. Araştırma verilerinin analizinde, normallik varsayımı incelendikten sonra gruplar arası farklılıkların olup olmadığını incelemek için bağımsız gruplar t-Testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA), post hoc testlerinden Games Howell, Tukey HSD testleri; değişkenler arası ilişkiyi incelemek için Pearson korelasyon katsayısı ve çoklu doğrusal regresyon analizi teknikleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre yardım istemeden kaçınma ve yüzeysel yardım isteme alt boyutlarında 8. sınıf öğrencilerinin anlamlı düzeyde yüksek eğilime sahip oldukları tespit edilmiştir. Etkili yardım istemede kız öğrenciler lehine anlamlı farklılık bulunurken kız öğrencilerin erkek öğrencilere göre daha fazla yardım istemeden kaçınma eğilimi gösterdikleri; erkek öğrencilerin de kız öğrencilere göre daha fazla yüzeysel yardım isteme eğiliminde oldukları saptanmıştır.Öğrenme sorumluluğu ölçeği ve alt boyutlarında 5.sınıflar lehine anlamlı bir farklılık tespit edilmiştir. Sınıf düzeylerine göre öğrenme sorumluluğu ölçeği ve ders süreci öğrenme sorumluluğu alt boyutunda kız öğrenciler lehine bir farklılık bulunmuştur. Araştırma sonucuna göre ortaokul öğrencilerinin yardım isteme eğilimleri ile sınıf iklimi algıları ve öğrenme sorumluluğu düzeyleri arasında anlamlı ilişkiler bulunmaktadır. Sınıf iklimi ve öğrenme sorumluluğu algılarının yardım isteme eğiliminin anlamlı yordayıcıları olduğu saptanmıştır.

This study aimed to examine secondary school students' tendency to seek help during learning in Ankara province Çubuk district in terms of their perception of classroom climate and learning responsibility according to their class levels, gender and maternal-paternal education levels, and determine the level for their perception of classroom climate and learning responsibility to predict tendency to seek help. The study was conducted in the correlational screening model with the participation of 750 secondary school students who received education in Ankara province Çubuk district during the 2021-2022 academic year. The data of the study were collected via Classroom Climate Inventory, Learning Responsibility Scale (LRS-I) and Seeking Help During Learning Scale (SHDLS). In analysis of the study data, normality assumption was examined and then independent samples t-Test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and post-hoc tests such as Games-Howell and Tukey's HSD tests were used for examining whether there were any differences between the groups or not. Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression analysis technics were used for examining the correlation between the variables. According to the results of the study, it was determined that the grade 8 students had significantly higher tendency in the subscales of avoiding to seek help and seeking superficial help. In seeking effective help, a significant difference was found on behalf of the female students. The female students showed higher tendency to avoid to seek help than the male students, whereas the male students showed higher tendency to seek superficial help than the female students. A significant difference was determined in the learning responsibility scale and subscales on behalf of the grade 5 students. According to class levels, a difference was found in the learning responsibility scale and the subscale of lesson process learning responsibility on behalf of the female students. According to the study result, significant correlations existed between the secondary school students' tendency to seek help and perception levels of classroom climate and learning responsibility. It was determined that the students' perception of classroom climate and learning responsibility was a significant predictor of their tendency to seek help
