In this thesis, I aim to examine the solution-focused brief therapy's different effects on different types of clients with different needs. Solution-focused brief therapy has its own unique and effective technique with its authentic questions. However, different cases may need a specific interest and weigh different questions. In my case study, I compared two cases, case E, with exam and peer-related problems; and case F; a client with high suicidal thoughts in her close past and agitation. Effects of miracle questions on different types of clients and their relation and effectiveness on problem talk are the main concern of this thesis. I believe that the effects of the questions are unquestionable, However, because brief solution-focused therapy is client-driven, it is very crucial to look at clients' concerns as well. This was, the effects of the miracle question enhanced. If we, therapists, can validate, listen and be able to talk about the problem, the client can also have a clear vision of her problems, so we can talk about the solution too with a client who can talk about the solution by being heard by the therapist first. It reduces anxiety significantly and sleep can get better with suicidal cases. The mood swings and coping mechanisms might be highlighted in clients whose cases involve exams and peer issues. To examine these ideas, I conducted a case study with the clients E and F. Core 10 test is also included to be able to examine the changes in numbers other than interpretation.
