Özet

Bu tez çalışmasında, kadın işgücü, istihdamı ve işsizliğinin Türkiye ve TR90 Bölgesi'ndeki durumu analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmanın amacı, TR90 Bölgesi İşgücü piyasasında kadın istihdamına dikkat çekmektir. Çalışmada, karşılaştırmalı statik analiz, statik analiz ve dinamik analiz yöntemleri kullanılarak değişimler hakkında yorumlar yapılmıştır. TR90 Bölgesi'nin işgücü, işsizlik ve istihdam verileri aynı zamanda İBBS Düzey 1 Bölgeleri ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Analizlerde 2014-2021 yılları arasındaki veriler TÜİK'ten alınarak kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada aynı zamanda, kadın istihdamını etkileyen faktörlere, Türkiye'de kadın istihdamının tarihsel olarak süreçlerine ve kadın istihdamı konusunda geliştirilen kuramlara, yasal düzenlemelere ve gerçekleştirilen projelere yer verilmiştir. Bu tez çalışması ile Doğu Karadeniz Bölgesi'nde kadın istihdamını artırmaya yönelik öneriler sunulmuştur. Çalışma sonucunda TR90 Bölgesi'nde en çok yüksek öğretim mezunu kadınların istihdama katıldığı ancak bu oranın bir önceki yıla göre düşük olduğu, kadın istihdamında tarım sektöründen hizmet sektörüne bir kayma yaşandığı ve 2021 yılında en çok sanayi sektöründe artışlar olduğu, 2021 yılında en çok kendi hesabına veya işveren olarak çalışan kadın istihdamında artış olduğu, kayıtlı olmadan istihdam edilen kadın istihdamının önceki yıla göre arttığı, bölgede en çok 20-24 yaş arasında işsizlik oranının arttığı sonucuna varılmıştır. Verilere göre 2021 yılında TR90 Bölgesi'nin kadın iş gücü ve istihdam oranlarının Türkiye ortalamasının üstünde ve kadın işsizlik oranının Türkiye ortalamasının altında olduğu görülmektedir.

In this thesis, the situation of female labor force, employment and unemployment in Turkey and TR90 Region has been analyzed. The aim of the study is to draw attention to female employment in the TR90 Region Labor Market. In the study, comments about the changes were made by using comparative static analysis, static analysis and dynamic analysis methods. The labor force, unemployment and employment data of TR90 Region were also compared with NUTS Level 1 Regions. In the analyzes, the data between the years 2014-2021 were taken from TurkStat and used. At the same time, the factors affecting women's employment, the historical processes of women's employment in Turkey and the theories developed on women's employment, legal regulations and realized projects are also included in the study. With this thesis study, suggestions for increasing women's employment in the Eastern Black Sea Region were presented. As a result of the study, the highest number of higher education graduate women in the TR90 Region participated in employment, but this rate was lower than the previous year, there was a shift in women's employment from the agricultural sector to the service sector, and the industry sector increased the most in 2021. It has been concluded that there is an increase in the employment of working women, informal employment has increased compared to the previous year, and the unemployment rate in the region has increased the most between the ages of 20-24. According to the data, it is seen that the female labor force and employment rates of the TR90 Region in 2021 are above the Turkey average and the female unemployment rate is below the Turkey average.
