Özet
Bu çalışmada, Zühaylî'nin (1436/2015) hayatı, ilmi kişiliği ve“et-Tefsiru'l-Veciz ala Hamişi'l-Kur'âni'l-Azim ve Meahu Esbabü'n-Nüzûl ve Kavaidü't-Tertil”adlı tefsiri Ulûmü'l Kur'ân/Kur'ân ilimleri ve tefsir usûlü açısından incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın amacı Tefsiru'l-Veciz adlı eserini tanıtmak, metodunu ortaya koymak ve bu tefsirde Vehbe Zühaylî'nin Kur'ân ilimleri ve tefsir usûlü konularına nasıl ve ne şekilde yer verdiğini tespit edip ortaya çıkarmaktır. Bundan dolayı bu eser baştan sona kadar okunup incelenmiştir. Üzerinde araştırma yaptığımız bu tefsir, veciz bir şekilde yazılmasına rağmen bize zengin bir içerik sunmuştur. Bu araştırmada, Kur'ân ilimleri ve tefsir usûlü konuları, genel olarak incelenmiş, daha çok müfessirin tefsirinde takip ettiği usûl ve yöntem örnekler üzerinden izah edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Tefsiru'l-Veciz hem rivayet hem de dirayet tefsir özelliğini taşımaktadır. Kısa bir tefsir olmasına rağmen eserde âyetlerin nüzûl sebeplerine çokça yer verilmiş, âyetler akli ve nakli delillerle desteklenmiş, sarf ve nahiv ilmine yer verilmiş ve yeri geldiğinde bazı kelimeler lügat yönünden açıklanmıştır. Bu tefsirin hem içerik olarak zengin olması hem de veciz bir şekilde yazılmış olması çok okunmasını sağlamış, böylece Kur'ân-ı Kerîm'in anlaşılmasına katkı sunmuştur.

In this study, Wahbah al-Zuhayli's personal life (1436/2015) and his scientific works will be examined as well as his works related to tafsir including of Al-Tafsir Al-Wajiz ala Hamish Al-Quran Al-Azim and Maahu Ashabun-Nuzul and Qavaidhut-Tartil in terms of the method of tasfir and in the light of Qur'an (Qur'anic knowledge). The aim of this study is to reveal Wahbah al-Zuhayli's approach and methods towards Qur'anic Knowledge and Tafsir, in addition to this it also aims to introduce his work named as Al-Tafsir Al-Wajiz and its methods. Thus, this work has been read and reviewed from cover to cover. Although the tafsir, which will be analyzed in this study, is an outlined tafsir it offers a rich content to its audiences. Qur'anic knowledge and the method of the tafsir has been analyzed in general and the Wahbah al-Zuhayli's methods explained by clear examples. Al-Tafsir Al-Wajiz includes both al-Riwayah and al-Dirayah interpretation. It is known as a short tasfir but it explains all reasons related to the revelation of verses and these verses were supported by plenty of rational evidences. This tafsir also benefits form semantic and syntax while some words are explained linguistically when it required. This widely read short tafsir contributing to the understanding of the Qur'an because it is very rich in terms of the content.
