Özet

Bombus arıları, kültür ve yabani bitkilerin tozlaşmasında ekonomik öneme sahip olan tozlayıcı böceklerdir. Bu çalışma da Kayseri ilinde bulunan bombus (Hymenoptera, Apidae, Bombinae) arı türleri ve bulundukları bitki örtüsü belirlenmiştir. Kayseri ilinde Bombinae altfamilyasına bağlı 6 altcinse ait 7 tür ve 6 alttür tespit edilmiştir. Bu türler Bombus argillaceus, B. armeniacus, B. fragrans, B. humilis, B. incertus, B. melanurus, B. niveatus, B. persicus eversmaniellus, B. ruderarius simulatilis, B. subterraneus latreillellus, B. sylvarum daghestanicus, B. terrestris subsp. dalmatinus, B. zonatus apicalis'tir. Bu çalışmada, toplam örnek sayıları içinde en fazla toplanan tür B. terrestris subsp. dalmatinus, en az toplanan türler ise B. humilis ve B. niveatus olmuştur. Bu türlerin Kayseri ili içerisindeki dağılımı habitatlara ve yüksekliklere göre değişiklik göstermiştir. Yakalanan türler arasında B. sylvarum daghestanicus 1190-2200 m yükseklikteki alanlarda tespit edilerek, Kayseri ili için yükseklik sınırları içerisinde en geniş alana sahip olan tür olmuştur. Elde edilen diğer türler sınırlı dağılım göstermiş olup bunların bulunduğu yükseklikler 1140-2290 m arasında değişiklik göstermektedir. Bu çalışmadaki bombus tür ve alt türlerinin ziyaret ettikleri konukçu bitki sayısı incelendiğinde B. terrestris subsp. dalmatinus'un 12 tür ile en fazla konukçu bitki genişliğine sahipken, diğer bombus arı türlerinin çoğunluğunun 1-9 arasında değişen konukçu bitki genişliğine sahip olduğu saptanmıştır.

Bumblebees are pollinator insects that have economic importance in the pollination of culture and wild plants. In this study, bumblebee (Hymenoptera, Apidae, Bombinae) bee species and their vegetation in Kayseri were determined. In Kayseri, 7 species and 6 subspecies belonging to 6 subgenera of Bombinae subfamily were identified. These species Bombus argillaceus, B. armeniacus, B. fragrans, B. humilis, B. incertus, B. melanurus, B. niveatus, B. persicus eversmaniellus, B. ruderarius simulatilis, B. subterraneus latreillellus, B. sylvarum daghestanicus, B. terrestris subsp. dalmatinus, B. zonatus apicalis. In this study, the most collected species among the total number of samples was B. terrestris subsp. dalmatinus, the least collected species were B. humilis and B. niveatus. The distribution of these species in Kayseri varied according to habitats and altitudes. Among the species collected, B. sylvarum daghestanicus was detected in areas between 1190-2200 m altitude and was the species with the largest area within the altitude limits for Kayseri. Other collected species were observed at limited distribution and their altitudes vary between 1140-2290 m. Also in this study, the number of host plants that each bumblebee species and subspecies visited was observed. It was determined that B. terrestris subsp. dalmatinus had the largest host plant width with 12 species, while the majority of other bumble bee species had a host plant width ranging from 1-9.
