Özet
ÖZET ÖNGERİLMELİ BETONUN KARŞILAŞTIRILMALI EKONOMİK ANALİZİ Yılmaz Yuva Öngerilmeli betonun yapım metodları ve dizayn prensipleri detaylı olarak incelenmiştir. Böyle bir detaylı incelemenin amacı, uygulamadaki mühendislere, öngerme teknolojisini genel kapsamı ve tüm içeriği ile açıklayıcı şekilde sunmaktır. İlk bölümde pratik ve teorik kavramlar detaylı olarak verildikten sonra, öngerilmeli betonun kıyaslı fiyat analizini belirlemek amacıyla bir sistem çalışması sunulmuştur, örnek sistem olarak, düşey ve yatay yüklere karşı koyacak, farklı yapı sistemlerin uygulamasını da İçeren, beş katlı geniş açıklıklı bir ticari yapı seçilmiştir. Yedi farklı yapı sistemi gözönüne alınmış ve her bir alternatif sistem için, komple dizayn ve analiz adım adım detaylı bir şekilde verilmiştir. Bu sistemler, kolon-kiriş düzeninden oluşan monolitik sistem, kirişsiz döşemeler ve perde (deprem perdesi) duvarlar, tek açıklıklı ön-çekmeli ve ard-çekmeli kirişler, sürekli ard-çekmeli kirişsiz döşeme ve kirişlerdir. Her bir sistem için yapı analizi ve dizaynı yapıldıktan sonra, her bir sistemin fiyat analizlerinde kullanılmak amacıyla, ana inşaat kalemlerinin metrajı yapılmıştır. öngerilmeli beton dizaynının ekonomik açıdan en tercih edilebilir sistem olduğu görülmüştür, özellikle, ard-çekmeli sürekli kirişlerin diğer sistemlere göre daha ekonomik olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Sonuç olarak, Türkiye'deki öngerilme teknolojisini de gözönüne alarak, farklı yapı sistemlerinin ekonomisini etkileyen birçok faktör incelenmiş, sonuçlar ve bazı öneriler verilmiştir.

ABSTRACT A COMPARATIVE STUDY FOR THE ECONOMY OF PRESTRESSED CONCRETE Yılmaz Yuva The design principles and construction methods in prestressed concrete are discussed in detail. Such a detailed discussion is intended to provide the practising engineers with a general and comprehensive treatment of the whole prestressing technology. After the rigorous treatment of the practice and theory in the first part, a case study is presented for the purpose of determining the relative cost analysis of prestressed concrete. A five-storey large span commercial building is selected as an example structure, which is designed to resist both vertical and lateral loads with a variety of structural systems. Seven different types of structural systems have been considered and the complete analysis and design, following a step by step procedure, have been provided in great detail, for each alternate system. These systems include, the conventional moment resisting beam-column arrangement, flat slabs and shear walls, single span pre-tensioned and post-tensioned beams, continuous post-tensioned flat slab and beams. After the structural analysis and design are completed for each system, the bill of quantities of major construction items have been calculated for use in the subsequent relative cost efficiency analyses of each structural system. It has been determined that the prestressed concrete design offered itself consistently to be the most preferable alternative. PosMensioned continous beams have appeared to be especially more economical than the others. Finally, a variety of factors influencing the relative economy of various structural systems have been discussed and several conclusions and recommendations have been introduced regarding the use of prestressing technology in Turkey.
