Özet

Sustainable green building construction with minimal financial and ecological impacts should be prioritized in project management strategies. Many factors impact utilizing resources (such as energy and natural resources) are considered essential factors taken into account by sustainable and green design which take specify the differences between conventional buildings and sustainable green building construction projects. In this research, the green sustainable building is specified by using concrete shadow walls to protect the building walls from the heat of direct sunlight to save cooling energy. the study specifies the cost differences between the two buildings. the factors used in cost calculation were Item price, labour cost, ease of implementation, Availability of manpower, the time required for implementation, the number of floors Floor space, and Floor height are taken as effective factors. the problem of missed data was calculated by using the linear regression method based on the functional formulas taken from real data. the results observed a significant method for calculating the cost of sustainable green building.
