Özet

Improving concrete pavement structure is a primary objective utilized to improve road pavement performance from various stresses reflection and deformation, which pose significant challenges to the road's texture and surface. The effect of HDPE is to protect and strengthen the strength of reinforced pavement concrete and to lower the weight of total concrete, hence enhancing the performance and cost of the foundation. In this study, experimental work was conducted utilizing a concrete model to examine reaction and resistance to the effect of car loads. The experimental laboratory program was divided into two groups: standard concrete and concrete with HDPE. The simulation tests identify a prior study as a validation sample and extend the investigation to evaluate various types of concrete pavement thickness and dimensions. Recent research indicates that the addition of 4% HDPE to concrete with a fc of 30 MPa significantly improves the concrete's behavior under the same conditions. Additionally, the HDPE's shear strength enhanced in comparison to concrete, and greater concrete ability was detected. Finally, HDPE provides outstanding mechanical characteristics for concrete in all concrete pavement diameters
