Özet
57 ÖZET Sodyum Lasalosidin Ankara Keçisi Oğlaklarında Canlı Ağırlık Artışı, Tiftik Kalitesi ve Bazı Rumen Metabolitleri Üzerine Etkisi Bu araştırmada yem katkı maddesi olarak ruminant rasyonlarına katılan sodyum lasalosidin Ankara Keçisi oğlaklarında; canlı ağırlık artışı, tiftik kalitesi ve bazı rumen sıvısı metabolitleri üzerine etkisi incelenmiştir. Ortalama 5 1/2-6 aylık 29 erkek Ankara Keçisi oğlakları, kontrol ( n= 10 ), Ll ( n= 10 ), L2 ( n= 9 ) olmak üzere 3 grup halinde kullanılmıştır. Oğlaklara konsantre yem ( arpa % 62, buğday kepeği % 10, ayçiçeği küspesi % 25 premiks % 2 ) ad libitum, yonca samanı 250 g / gün / baş ve deneme gruplarına sodyum lasalosid 25 ( Ll ), 50 ( L2 ) mg / kg yem düzeyinde verilmiştir. Denemenin sonunda kontrol, Live L2 gruplarında canlı ağırlık artışı sırası ile 6,60, 7,20 ve 9,44 kg, deneme süresince ortalama günlük canlı ağırlık artışı ise 94, 103, 135 g olarak tespit edilmiş ve L2 grubundaki günlük canlı ağırlık artışı diğer gruplara göre önemli bulunmuştur. Gruplarda günlük ( konsantre - kaba ) yem tüketimleri ise sırası ile; 734-103, 697-114, 833-104 g, 1 kg canlı ağırlık artışı için tüketilen konsantre yem miktarları ise; 9,84, 7, 1 0 ve 5,94 kg olarak saptanmıştır. Çalışmanın 0., 35. ve 70. günlerinde rumen sıvılarından yapılan ölçümlerde, pH değerleri yönünden L2 grupu, 35. günde diğer iki gruba göre önemli ( P0,05 ) tespit edilememiş, deneme gruplarındaki tiftik verimi kontrol grubuna göre % 14 oranında daha fazla olmuştur. Sonuç olarak Ankara Keçisi oğlaklarında Ll grubundaki canlı ağırlık artışı kontrol grubuna göre % 4 oranında fazla, yemden yaralanma % 14 daha iyi bulunmuştur. L2 grupu, kontrol grubuna göre, canlı ağırlık artışında % 12, yemden yararlanma oranında ise % 35 daha iyi sonuç göstermiştir. Hayvan başına verimi artırabilmek için ruminant rasyonlarında kullanılmasını önerebiliriz.

58 SUMMARY Effects of Lasalocid on Weight Gain, Some Rumen Parameters and Angora Quality in Mohair Goats. The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of lasalocid added to concentrate diet on the weight gain and on some rumen parameters ( pH, NH3-N and VFA ) and mohair quality of Angora goat. Twenty-nine male Angora goats, avarage 5 V2-6 mounths old, were divided in to three goups ( 10- 10- 9 ) and coded as C ( Control ), LI ( 25 mg / kg feed lasalocid ), L2 ( 50 mg / kg feed lasalocid ). The goats were fed with concantrate as ad libitum ( 62 % barley, 1 0 % wheat bran, 25 % sun flower seed meal, 2 % premix) and alfafla straw ( 250 g / day / head ). The avarage weight gaining of the C, LI and L2 goups were 6,60, 7,20 and 9,44 kg respectively. However, the avarage daily weight gaining of the L2 goup was found to be statistically different then those of the C and LI goups. Fed consumption in the goups ( concentrate- alfalfa ) C, LI and L2 goups were 734-103, 697-114 and 833-104 g respectively. The feed efficiency of the C, LI and L2 goups were 9,84; 7,10 and 5,94 kgs respectively. The pH level, NHi-N and VFA concentrations in rumen were measured on samples wich were taken at the 0 -35,h and 70,h days of the study. There was not any difference between the three measurements within the same goup for all goups separetly. PH level of the L2 at the 35.,h was statistically different than those of the C and LI. Avarage pH levels were 6,57; 6,69 and 6,69 for C, LI and L2 goups respectively. Average rumen NH3-N cocentrations of the goups C, LI and L2 were 322,06; 355,17 and 312,26 mg / It respectively. There was not any statistical difference between the goups. There was not any statistical difference between the VFA concentrations of the goups at the 0 and 35 * days.
