Özet
Dünya var olduğundan bu yana milyonlarca yıl geçmiştir. Bu zaman içerisinde sayısız olaylar yaşanmış ve dünyamız şu anki haline gelmiştir. Tüm bu süreç içerisinde değişen dünya da insanın doğaya en büyük zararları vereceği dönem Sanayi Devrimi ile başlamıştır. Bu dönem Antroposen olarak adlandırılmaktadır. Jeolojik bir kavram olarak Antroposen resmi olarak kabul edilmese de bir çok bilim insanı tarafından dünyanın içinde bulunduğu çağ olarak nitelendirilmektedir. Bu çağ içerisinde dünyaya daha önceki milyonlarca yılda verilmeyen tahribat insan tarafından verilmiştir ve verilmektedir. Antroposen insanın dünyaya verdiği zararı nitelendirmekle beraber sanat alanında da birçok etkileşime girmiştir. Bir Antroposen ürünü olan fotoğraf, keşfinden bu yana gerek teknik gerekse sanatsal anlamda çeşitli değişimlere uğramıştır. Farklı türlerde ele alınmış, farklı vizyonlara sahip olmuştur. Fotoğraf özelin belgesel fotoğraf alanı fotoğrafın ilk keşfinden bu yana vardır ve gelişmektedir. Klasik belgesel fotoğraf anlayışından çağdaş belgesel fotoğraf anlayışına bir değişim de zaman içerisinde yaşanmıştır. Fotoğraf sanatçılarının vizyonları ve ürettikleri proje içerikleri de zamanla değişmiş ve genişlemiştir. Bu projelerin başında son zamanlarda Antroposen kavramı gelmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı Antroposeni, fotoğraf ve çağdaş belgesel fotoğraf aracılığı ile ele anlatmaktır. En iyi anlatım araçlarından olan fotoğraf Antroposeni de çeşitli sanatçılar ve vizyonlar aracılığı ile gelecek nesillere ölümsüzleştirmiştir. Fotoğraf bir nevi dünyanın ölümünü ölümsüzleştirmektedir. Bu durumda fotoğrafın gerek geçmiş zaman gerek şimdiki zaman gerekse gelecek zaman için tartışılmaz bir sanat alanı olarak ortaya çıkmaktadır.

Millions of years have passed since the world has existed. During this time, countless events have taken place and our world has become what it is now. The period in which human beings will cause the greatest damage to nature in the changing world during this whole process started with the Industrial Revolution. This period is called Anthropocene. Although Anthropocene is not officially accepted as a geological concept, it is described by many scientists as the age in which the world is in. In this era, the destruction that has not been given to the world in the previous millions of years has been given and given by human beings. Although Anthropocene characterises the damage caused by human beings to the world, it has also entered into many interactions in the field of art. Photography, a product of Anthropocene, has undergone various technical and artistic changes since its discovery. It has been handled in different genres and has had different visions. The field of documentary photography has existed and been developing since the first discovery of photography. A change from classical documentary photography to contemporary documentary photography has also occurred over time. The visions of photography artists and the content of the projects they produce have also changed and expanded over time. The concept of Anthropocene has recently been at the forefront of these projects. The aim of this study is to explain the Anthropocene through photography and contemporary documentary photography. Photography, one of the best means of expression, has immortalised the Anthropocene for future generations through various artists and visions. In a way, photography immortalises the death of the world. In this case, photography emerges as an indisputable art field for both past, present and future time.
