Özet
İnsan sosyal bir varlıktır. Bu varlığını devam ettirebilecek ortamı ancak toplumda bulabilmektedir. Toplum ise her türlü olumsuzluktan arınmış insanların varlığıyla mümkündür. İnsan suça da tevbeye de elverişli yaratılmış istisnâ bir varlıktır. Toplum içerisinde yer alacak insan, yapısında yer alan suç duygusunu ıslâh ederek hedefine ulaşabilir. Bu hedef ise bir mücadeleyi gerektirir. İnsanın içinde devam eden bu mücadeleyi bilen Allah (c.c.) ise ona doğruyu gösterecek, emir ve yasaklarının güncelliğiyle çağları aşan Kur'ân'ı göndermiştir. Nitekim nice kişisel ve sosyal içerikli buyruklar toplum düzeninin bozulmaması ya da bozulan sistemin yeniden ihyâ edilmesi içindir. Bu çalışmamızda özelde insana, genelde topluma sirâyet eden Allah'ın yasak kıldığı suçların Kur'ân-ı Kerîm çerçevesinde neler olduğunu, bu suçlara müfessirlerce tefsirlerde nasıl değinildiğini, bahsedilen suçlara Kur'ân tarafından hangi ıslâh metodunun sunulduğunu ortaya koymayı amaçladık. Üç bölüm halinde ortaya koyduğumuz tezimizin ilk bölümünde ana kavramlarımız olan suç, ıslâh ve toplum gibi kavramların lügat, terim, eş ve zıt anlamalarına yer verirken, ikinci bölümde suçları kategorilerine ayırarak bunların tanımlarına ve Kur'ân'daki kullanımlarına yer verdik. Son bölümde ise Kur'ân'ın suçları ıslâh yöntemlerine değindik. Bu çalışma ile ilk dönemden günümüze kadar yazılmış olan bazı tefsirlerden istifade ederek Kur'ân-ı Kerîm'in yasakladığı suçların neler olduğunu ve bu suçların önlenmesine yönelik yine Kur'ân ve O'nun tebliğcisi olan Hz. Peygamber tarafından ne gibi tedbirler ve ıslâh yöntemleri uygulandığının ortaya çıkarılması amaçlamaktadır.

Human is a social entity. It can only find the environment in which it can survive in society. Society, on the other hand, is possible with the existence of people who are free from all kinds of negativity. Man is an exceptional being, created suitable for both guilt and repentance. The person who will take place in the society can reach his goal by improving the sense of guilt in his structure. This goal requires a struggle. Knowing this ongoing struggle within man, Allah sent the Qur'an, which will Show him the truth and transcend the ages with the actuality of its commands and prohibitions. As a matter of fact, many personal and social commandments are for not disturbing the social order or for reviving the corrupted system. İn this study, we aimed to reveal what, the crimes there are that were forbidden by Allah within the framework of the Qur'an, which spread to people in particular and to society in general, how these crimes were mentioned in the commentaries by the commenttors, and which correction method was offered by the Qur'an fort the crimes mentioned. İn the first part of our thesis, which consist of three parts, we incluled our main concepts of crime, correction, society's which are our main concepts lexicon, terms, synonyms and antonyms, while in the second part, we divided the crimes into categories and incluled the definitions and uses of these are included in the Qur'an. İn the last part, we touched upon the Qur'an's methods of correcting crimes. İn this study by making use of some tafsirs written from the first period to the present, it is aimed to reveal what the crimes prohibited by the Qur'an, and what king of measures the Qur'an and its Messenger have applied to prevent these.
