Denemede ”beş ayrı kesif yem karması kullanılmış tır. Rasyonlar aşağıdaki gibi düzenlenmiştir, 1. grup ar pa + 0.05). Ortalama günlük yem tüketimleri 1. grupta 1.029 kg, 2. grupta 1.135 kg, 3. grupta 1.103 kg, 4. grupta O.96I kg, 5. grupta O.985 kg olarak gerçekleşmiştir. 4. gruptaki hayvanların ikinci ve üçüncü deneme grup larındaki hayvanlardan (P0.05). 1 kg canlı ağırlık artışı için tüketilen yem mik tarı gruplara göre sırası ile 4.866 kg, 4.998 kg, 5.021 kg, 4.510 kg, 5.563 kg olarak bulunmuştur. Grupların yem değerlendirme sayıları arasında önemli bir farklılık tes bit edilmemiştir (P^0.05). Ö?ÜN Prof. Dr. Skin TOKER This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of the usage of different ratios of urea as a cot tonseed meal substitute on live weight gain, feed consump tion and feed efficiency in lamb fattening rations. Pive concentrated diets were used in this experi ment. The rations were prepared as follows, barley + f> 20 cottonseed meal for the first group, barley + fo 15 cotton seed meal + f> 0.5 urea, for the second group, barley + f> 10 cottonseed meal + fo 1.0 urea for the third group, barley + fo 5 cottonseed meal + fo 1.5 urea for the fourth group, and barley + f> 2.0 urea for the fifth group. All rations were supplemented with vitamins and minerals. During the expe rimental period, 40“ Anatolian Merino ”lambs were fed the concentrated diets ad libitum in the individual stalls. Average daily live weight gains in the experimen tal period continued 75 days were found as 213 g» 230 g, 222 g, 217 g, 134 g for the animals in the first, second, third, fourth and fifth groups respectively. There were no significant (P>0.05) differences among the average gains of groups. Average daily feed consumption was 1.029 kg in the first, 1.135 kg in the second, 1,103 kg in the third, 0.961 kg in the fourth, O.985 kg in the fifth groups. The animals in the fourth group consumed significantly (P 0.05) differences were estabilished between the average feed consumption of the fourth and fifth groups. Feed consumption per kg of live weight gain was found 4.866 kg for the first, 4.998 kg for the second, 5.021 kg for the third, 4.510 kg for the fourth and 5.563 kg for the fifth groups. There were no significant (P>0.05) differences among the feed efficiency of the groups.
