Özet

Yazçayır, Nevriye, Kız Meslek Lisesi Eğitim Programlarının İstihdam Açısından Değerlendirilmesi, Yüksek Lisans, Damşman:Prof.Dr. Tanju Gürhan, VI-208 s. Bu araştırmada, Kız Meslek Lisesi Ev Yönetimi-Beslenme eğitim programlarının istihdam açısından etkililiği belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini, Ankara İl merkezinde Ev Yönetimi-Beslenme bölümü bulunan 19 Kız Meslek Lisesinden tesadüfen seçilen 10 okulun; 67 Ev Yönetimi-Beslenme bölümü öğretmeni, 169 son sınıf öğrencisi ile bu okulların 1994-1995 ve 1995-1996 öğretim yıllarında mezun 79 Ev Yönetimi-Beslenme bölümü öğrencileri ile araştırma kapsamına alınan öğrenci ve mezunların beceri eğitimini yaptıkları 29 işletmenin yetkilileri oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada bilgi toplama aracı olarak öğretmen, öğrenci, mezun ve işletme yetklileri için dört form anket geliştirilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarının yorumlanmasında istatistiki işlemlerden frekans dağılımları, yüzde oranları, Chi-Square, Fisher's Exact testinden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına göre; bölüm mezunlarının 2/3 'si çalışmamaktadırlar. Çalışan mezunlar ise mezun oldukları alanla ilgili olmayan işlerde çalışmaktadırlar. Öğrenimlerine devam eden öğrencilerin yarısı mezun olduktan sonra eğitim gördükleri alanla ilgili işlerde çalışabileceklerini düşünmektedirler. Öğretmenlere göre de öğrenciler mezun olduktan sonra iş bulamamaktadırlar, öğrenci ve mezunların çoğunluğu bu bölümü ortaöğretimden sonra meslek sahibi olmak için seçmediklerini de belirtmişlerdir. Okul ve bölüm seçiminde genellikle aileler etkili almaşlardır. Çalışan mezunlar genellikle özel sektör işletmelerinde satış elemanı, sekreter ve kasiyer olarak çalışmaktadırlar. Öğrencilerin yaklaşık 1/3'î besin teknisyeni olarak çalışmak istemekte, diğer 1/3 'i ise bulabilecekleri her hangi bir işte çalışmayı düşünmekte ve diğerleri üniversiteye devam etmek istemektedirler. Mezunların çoğu ise üniversiteye gitmemektedir. İsletmelerde bu holüm mezunu çalışan bulunmamaktadır.Ev Yönetimi-Beslenme programını istihdam için gerekli bilgileri kazandırma açısından; öğretmen, öğrenci, mezun gruplarının yarısından fazlası ve işletme yetkililerinin yaklaşık yansına yakın bir kısmı orta düzeyde; beceri kazandırma yönünden öğretmen,öğrenci ve mezunların çoğunluğu iyi ve orta düzeyde, işletme yetkililerinin ise yaklaşık yansı zayıf, 1/3 'i orta düzeyde; olumlu tutum ve tavırları kazandırma açısından gruplann çoğunluğu orta ve iyi düzeyde etkili bulmaktadırlar. Aynı zamanda öğretmen, öğrenci, mezun ve isletme yetkililerinin büyük çoğunluğuna göre işletmelerde yapılan beceri öğretimi orta düzeyde başardı buhnmuştur. MUU Eğitim Bakanlığı, Kız Teknik Öğretim Genel Müdürlüğüne bağlı Kız Meslek Liselerinde uygulanmakta olan Ev Yönetimi-Beslenme Bölümü programı istihdam açısından etkililiğinin sağlanması yönünde geliştirilmelidir.

Yazçayır, Nevriye, Evaluation: of The Girts' Vocational High School's Education Programmes from the point of view of Employment, Postgraduate, Adviser: Prof. Dr. Tanju Gürhan, Vl-pg 208. In this study, it has been tried to determine the efficacy of the House Management- Nourishment Education Programmes of Girls' Vocational School from the point of view of employment It has been construed the illustration of the study, by 67 House Management-Nourishment Instructors, 169 Graduation Students, 79 Students graduated in 1994-1995 and 1995-1996 education years from House Management-Nourishment Branches of 10 Girls' Vocational High Schools which have been choosen at random among 19 Girls' Vocational High Schools conutininig the House Management-Nourishment Branches Located in the Province Center of Ankara, and, Ike authorized personnel of 29 enterprises which provide skill training for the students and graduates within the coverage of such study. It has been developped four pott forms for the instructors, students, graduates, and, authorised personnel of enterprise which were used as the means of garnering of information. The Statistical procedures, frequency, distribution, percentage, Kay-are and Fisher's Exact test have been used for interpretation bfthe study results. According to the findings of study, 2/3 of the branch graduates were not working. The graduates who were still working had been employed in the jobs which were not related wkh the branch from where they graduated Half of the students wkowere still continuing their education, were thinking that they may work in ike jobs, after graduation, in respect of the field in wkiek they were edueatedAtso, according to the instructors, the students have not be able to find a job after graduation. Most of the students and graduates have mentioned that their reasons to prefer this branch were not to become a professional person. In general, their families were effective on theirpreference about the school and the branch.The graduates employed have been working generally, in the private sectors' enterprises as saleman, secretary and cashier. Approximately 1/3 of students intend to 1 work as the technician of nourishment, the 1/3 however want to work in any job which they may find, and the remaining to attend the university. Most of graduates, however, have not been attending the university. There are no employees in the establishments who graduated from this branch. More than fifty percent of instructors, students and graduate groups and almost fifty percent of management authorities have been considering effective at the medium level the House Management-Nourishment programme for employment from the point of view of furnishing them with the required knowledge; and, most of the instructors, students and graduates have been considering it at the satisfactory or good level from the point of view of providing them the skill; and, approximately fifty percent of the management authorities have been considering it as unsatisfactory, 1/3 of the same however in good level respectively. In the same time, the skill training given in the enterprises has been considered successful at the medium level by majority of the instructors, students, graduates and the management authorities. The House Management-Nourishment Branch programme which- is - still implemented in the Girls' Vocational High Schools belong to the Ministry of National Education, the General Directorate of Girls' Technical Education, must be developped in order to provide it an efficacy for the point of view of employment
