Özet
Bu çalışmadaki amaç ilköğretim birinci kademede verilen beden eğitimi ve oyun dersinin (BEO) müfredat ve kazanımlarının incelenip, bu kazanımların Yüksek Öğretim Kurumu'nun yayımladığı sınıf öğretmenliği lisans programlarıyla paralellik gösterip gösterilmediğini ortaya koyulmasıdır. Bu tespit yapılırken Zonguldak ilinde bulunan sınıf öğretmenlerine“Beden Eğitimi ve Oyun Öğretimi Öz yeterlilik Algısı”ölçeği kullanılarak öğretmenlerin teorik, pratik ve formasyon yeterlilikleri ölçülmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırma Zonguldak ilinde bulunan 1203 sınıf öğretmeninden 289 sınıf öğretmenine uygulanmış olup, elde edilen veriler SPSS for Windows 10 programına aktarılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Analiz neticesinde ölçeğin teorik yeterlilik ortalamasının 2.789, pratik yeterlilik ortalamasının 2.652, formasyon yeterlilik ortalamasının ise 3.366 olduğu, ayrıca teorik ve uygulama alanında erkek sınıf öğretmenlerinin kadın sınıf öğretmenlere göre öz yeterlilik algılarının daha yüksek olduğu, formasyon alanında ise bayan sınıf öğretmelerinin öz yeterlilik algılarının daha yüksek olduğu saptandı. Sonuç olarak BEO dersinin amacına uygun bir şekilde verilebilmesi için üniversitelerin sınıf öğretmenliği programlarını dersin kazanımlarına uygun hale getirilmesi gerektiği, aynı zamanda gerekirse sınıf öğretmenlerinin BEO dersiyle ilgili hizmet içi eğitime tabi olmaları gerektiği, ya da İngilizce, din kültürü ve ahlak bilgisi derslerinde olduğu gibi bu derslere de alanında uzman beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin girmesi gerektiği, tavsiye edilmektedir.

This study aims to examine the curriculum and attainments of the physical education and game course in the first level of primary education and to reveal whether these gains are in parallel with the contents of the classroom teaching undergraduate programs published by the Higher Education Institution. For this purpose, the theoretical, practical, and formation competencies of the classroom teachers in Zonguldak are evaluated by using the 'Perception of Self-Efficacy in Physical Education and Game Teaching'scale. The survey is applied to 289 classroom teachers out of 1203 classroom teachers in Zonguldak and the data are evaluated with the SPSS program. Analysis findings show that the theoretical proficiency average of the scale is 2.789, the practical proficiency average is 2.652, and the formation proficiency average is 3.366. In addition, it is determined that male classroom teachers have higher self-efficacy perceptions than female classroom teachers in the field of theory and practice and female classroom teachers have higher self-efficacy perceptions in the field of formation. As a result, it is recommended that the classroom teaching programs of the universities should be adapted to the attainments of the course to provide the physical education and game course by its purpose. If necessary, it is argued that classroom teachers should be subject to in-service training in physical education and game courses. Finally, it is recommended that physical education teachers, who are experts in their fields, should attend physical education and game classes, as in English and religious culture and moral knowledge classes.
