Özet
Günümüz rekabet koşulları dikkate alındığında işletmelerin bulundukları konumdan ilerlemeleri ve varlıklarını korumaları gerekmektedir. Bunun için işletmelerin yenilikleri takip ederek müşterilerin isteklerini ön planda tutarak üretimlerinin sürdürmeleri gerekmektedir. üretimde kullanılan parçaların tamamını firmaların üretmeleri ekonomik açıdan çok mümkün değildir. Bunun için de tedarikçilere ihtiyaç duymaktadırlar. Tedarikçiler tedarik zincirinin önemli bir halkasını oluşturmaktadır. Tedarikçi seçimi nitel ve nicel kriterleri içerisinde barındıran çok kriterli karar verme problemleri arasında yer almaktadır. Bu kadar önemli bir karar da karar vericiler en doğru kararı vermek zorundadırlar. Verilen her yanlış karar şirket için olumsuz sonuçlar ortaya çıkarmaktadır. Bu koşullar doğrultusunda kara vericileri, karar verme sürecinde destekleyerek, doğru karar vermelerine yardımcı olan karar destek sistemleri devreye girmektedir. Bu çalışmada Aydın ilinde faaliyet gösteren özel bir hastanede hasta ısıtma sistemi için tedarikçi seçimi yapılmıştır. Kriterlerin belirlenmesi için literatür araştırması yapılmıştır. Yapılan araştırma sonucunda tedarikçi seçiminde kullanılacak kriterler belirlenmiştir. Tedarikçi seçim için ÇKKV yöntemlerinden AHP, TOPSIS, ELECTRE, VIKOR yöntemleri kullanılmış ve bu yöntemler Python programlama dili kullanılarak kodlanmıştır. Kodlanan yöntemler yardımıyla hastane için en uygun tedarikçi belirlenmiştir.

Considering today's competitive conditions, businesses need to progress and protect their assets. For this, businesses need to continue their production by keeping up with the innovations and keeping the demands of the customers in the foreground. It is not economically possible to produce all of the parts used in production by the company. For this they need suppliers. Suppliers constitute an important link in the supply chain. Supplier selection is among the multi-criteria decision-making problems that include both qualitative and quantitative criteria. In such an important decision, decision makers need to make the right decision. Every wrong decision taken has negative consequences for the company. In line with these conditions, decision support systems come into play, supporting decision makers in the decision-making process and helping them make the right decision. In this study, a supplier selection was made for the patient heating system in a private hospital operating in Aydın. A literature search was conducted to determine the criteria. As a result of the research, the criteria to be used in supplier selection were determined. For supplier selection, AHP, TOPSIS, ELECTRE, VIKOR methods from MCDM methods were used and these methods were coded using the Python programming language. With the help of the coded methods, the most suitable supplier for the hospital was determined
