Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı Fen Bilimleri dersinde kullanılan Web 2.0 araçlarıyla zenginleştirilmiş SAMR modeli kullanımının akademik başarı ve dijital okuryazarlık düzeyine etkisinin incelenmesidir. SAMR modeli, Dr. Ruben Puentedura'nın çalışmaları sonucu ortaya çıkmış ve birçok teknoloji markası tarafından da benimsenmiştir. Bu model, öğrenme ortamı zenginleştirilerek teknolojinin etkin bir şekilde kullanılmasını sağlayan bir modeldir. Bu çalışmada öğretim programına ve SAMR modeline uygun olarak hazırlanan ders planları doğrultusunda öğrencilere Web 2.0 araçlarının kullanıldığı bir öğrenme ortamı oluşturulmuş ve uygulamalar yapılmıştır. Araştırma nicel bir çalışma olup, öntest sontest kontrol gruplu yarı deneysel desen kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2021-2022 eğitim-öğretim yılında Sakarya ili Ferizli ilçesinde yer alan bir devlet okulunda bulunan 7. sınıf öğrencilerinden 25 öğrenci kontrol ve 27 öğrenci deney grubu olmak üzere toplam 52 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma 7. sınıf fen bilimleri dersi üçüncü ünitesi olan“Kuvvet ve Enerji”ünitesi kazanımları kapsamında yürütülmüş olup toplam beş hafta sürmüştür. Çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak akademik başarı testi ve dijital okuryazarlık ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada verilerin analizi ilişkisiz örneklem t testi (bağımsız gruplar t testi) ve ilişkili örneklem testi (bağımlı gruplar t testi) ile analiz edilmiş verilerin analizinde SPSS 24.0 istatistik paket programı kullanılmıştır. Uygulanan SAMR modeli bağlamında deney grubunda yer alan öğrencilerin akademik başarılarında bir artış görülmüş olsa da bu artış istatiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark oluşturmamıştır. Fen Bilimleri dersi öğretim sürecinde kullanılan Web 2.0 uygulamaları ile hazırlanan plan doğrultusunda öğrencilerin dijital okuryazarlık becerilerinin de istatistiki olarak anlamlı farklılık olduğu görülmüştür.

The aim of this study is to examine the effect of the SAMR model, enriched with Web 2.0 tools used in the Science course, on the academic achievement and digital literacy level of the“Force and Energy”unit. The SAMR model, Dr. It emerged as a result of the work of Ruben Puentedura and has been adopted by many technology brands. This model is a model that enables the effective use of technology by enriching the learning environment. In this study, in line with the lesson plans prepared in accordance with the curriculum and the SAMR model, a learning environment in which Web 2.0 tools were used was created and applications were made. The research is a quantitative study and a quasi-experimental design with a pretest posttest control group was used. The study group of the research consists of a total of 52 students, 25 of whom are in the control group and 27 from the experimental group, from the 7th class students in a public school located in Ferizli district of Sakarya province in the 2021-2022 academic year. The research was carried out within the scope of the“Force and Energy”unit, which is the third unit of the 7th grade science course, and lasted for a total of five weeks. Academic achievement test and digital literacy scale were used as data collection tools in the study. The analysis of the data in the study was analyzed by unrelated sample t-test (independent groups t-test) and related-sample test (dependent-groups t-test). Data analysis SPSS 24.0 statistical package program was used in the research. Although there was an increase in the academic achievement of the students in the experimental group in the context of the applied SAMR model, this increase did not make a statistically significant difference. It has been observed that there is a statistically significant difference in the results of students' digital literacy skills in line with the plan prepared with the Web 2.0 applications applied to the course content during the science course teaching process.
